i was told when the army lists for n4 that -cc values apply to the enemy (eg: skill:cc -3 and para ccw(-3) ) is that right? and what page in the book is this on?
Page 81, Modifiers A negative modifier in brackets applies to the enemy when using that skill, weapon and/or equipment.
