I found a picture you are correct the paint job looks like An image for Ikari Company. And if I am Correct that image is of the colonel he does have a yuan yuan mask icon on his shoulder. It would be awesome to have a named yuan yuan character.
We need a proper sculpt. He is an ex samurai badass so should look like a Tanko/Domaru. The most badass of all merc company bosses imho.

We can headcanon it where the scarface pilot is actually Shinji Ikari and Cordelia is actually Misato
I've been thinking what Col Ikari skills need to be. But instead of 1 profile it needs to a duo like Scarface & Cordelia. You have 1 profile be a Lt, while the second is a chain of command. Basically a Captain and 'Number 1'. If played you KNOW who the Lt is, and the other is a known CoC. So give the Captain stratego and a second Lt order, and the Number1 needs NCO and CoC. The together they should be in the 50ish range. I'm not sure if they should get any fireteam or wildcard options.
