I'm worried about spirals ability to manage a big armour rush but I've always liked the possibility of double core teams. Double msv2 snipers Amy be a bit ridiculous but I feel you can cover a lot of ground with them or you can have one standing up and the other prone. Tldr making n4 lists is hard
I don't think Neema works in this type of list. All of the benefits you get from Neema you're tossing at two Hacking Devices that you probably won't use either of. The other big change I would generally make is to split the Igao and Jaan. They do the same thing and just take orders from each other. That said, of course, it would obviously be best to brainstorm the list in the terms of the missions it will be playing.
I think you would be better off with the Kriigal with smoke grenade launcher (you have two MSV2 troopers for shenanigans). I agree, better off putting these in separate groups. What's the plan with the double Brawler hacking devices? Seems to me to be overkill on mediocre hackers.
If you are worried about armor, Aelis Keesan, Kosuil Assault Pioneer, and Reex all have access to K1 ammo. Aelis or the Kosuil could be the third choice in your tricore triad. Cube Jagers have monofilament CC weapon.
CC14 means that the mono CCW is more for fluff/show (remember they are supposed to be retrieving cubes from dead people). Even if you do get in CC with a heavy armor unit, you're only landing the monofilament 42% of the time with unopposed rolls.
I have used K1 on Aelis and Kosuils a number of times to take down TAGs. Jotums are sad when they get hit by K1 ammo.
I'll take those odds if my local meta started spamming ARM. Unless you're playing against JSA (of course other exceptions exist...), the majority of HI and TAGs don't have martial arts skills and are typically sitting around CC15-18. Between parachutist and stealth he could probably get to where he needs to make the attempt. And even if he doesn't, having a paramedic specialist that can show up wherever needed can still be useful in the list. There's also the option for Boarding Shotgun AP ammo. Will it work reliably? Nope, but it's at least an option after he's finished pushing a button or applying a medikit.
It's so unreliable that it's a non-option -- here's the math in N3, but remember that it's actually even worse for the Cube Jager in N4 because crits are weaker and almost all TAGs have CCWs now (= +2DAM). 20% chance of landing the attack means that there's a 10% chance that the Jager will fail even if you spend an entire 10 orders trying. If you are relying on the Cube Jager, instead invest the 20 points somewhere else in your list for tools to push buttons and deal with TAGs. Spiral Corps already has access to some very solid tools for dealing with high armor, like the AP Marksman Rifle on the Draal, or the E/M Mines on the Kiuutan. And the Igao, who is incredibly strong against big armored units now.
