Huge hit to JSA too. Saito, Yojimbo, and Oniwaban are all significantly impacted by this nerf, and all JSA CC specialists have to compete with their insane CC levels being the baseline.
The advantages has definitely gotten more bottom-heavy. The hit modifiers are much more impactful than the damage modifiers.
As mentioned on the Aleph forum, Parvati being so ridiculously strong has made the previously great and viable Sophotect completely superfluous in Aleph. Aleph and especially OSS has generally been blessed with none of our tools overlapping in a way that some has become the "less good option" maybe except the Dasyu when stood next to the Proxy mk2. It's strange that they should introduce a new profile that overlaps so much with the job of a previous one.
I agree that she's overshadowed, but for myself I never took the sophotect anyways. I was basically doctor/engineer allergic in Tohaa, and outside of Machaon, the recently added Trisha and the MK.1 it remained in Aleph. The appeal of Pavarti at that price is wildcard and Doctor 2W for me, Vanilla she's an easy pick over Sophotect as well. I'd prefer see the sophotect buffed/changed than have Pavarti changed though.
