I hear that pistols have unmodified burst in close combat. Is this true? Are we getting b4 melee assault pistols?
Is he maybe thinking about the discussion where if I recall correctly it was determined pistols with +1B on the profile get that extra burst in CC on the active turn?
I can't find this in the rulebook. Could you point it to me please ? I could not convince my opponent :) Thanks

Related question - does this rule also apply to Firewall and similar MODs? For instance Scarface has ECM: Hacker (-3). Could you also apply the -3 MOD from Fairy Dust?
No, that part is specifically referencing Burst. Fairy Dust will stack with Joe's ECM, though it won't stack with another Firewall (such as from a Tinbot)
