Direct Teardrop Template Placing

    Reading this sentence:
    • Direct Teardrop Template (Chain Rifle, Flamethrower, etc.): The narrow end of the Teardrop Template (Blast Focus) must be placed in contact with the edge of the Silhouette of the Trooper declaring the Attack. Every Trooper affected by the Template will suffer the Attack. The Template cannot be placed so that it would go through the Silhouette of the Trooper that is declaring the Attack (see example).

    So is possible to place the Template in silhuette contact with my Attacking model at de Height i desire within his silhuette tilting upwards (for example) right? So i can fire above a smaller friendly model (or a prone one) to hit enemy models, obviously if i can place the template properly to avoid the silhuette of the friendly model. Right?

    Yes, this is possible, please see the example's picture on page 50 where an O-12 Betatrooper is shown missing a Yu Jing trooper that is prone because of the angle of the template.
