Hi all! Just discovered really nice thing(no) We have option to make Yan Huo duo. If i take to this boys Yan Huo with HMC Yan Huo with tinbot neurocinetics Acording to the rules of tinbot i will get full burst of HMC on aro?! is't a joke? NEUROCINETICS AUTOMATIC SKILL Obligatory EFFECTS ► During the Active Turn, the Burst (B) value of all the BS Weapons of the Trooper with this Special Skill are reduced to 1. ► During the Reactive Turn, Neurocinetics allows the Trooper to use the whole Burst (B) value against a single target. TINBOT AUTOMATIC EQUIPMENT Comms Equipment, Prior Deployment. REQUIREMENTS ► A TinBot grants its MODs or additional advantages as long as its owner is not in any Null State (Unconscious, Dead, Sepsitorized, etc.) or Isolated State. EFFECTS ► TinBots are pieces of Equipment, so they cannot be targeted by any Skill, even if they are represented by a Model or Token. ► If the owner of a TinBot enters Dead State, remove the TinBot from the game alongside its owner. ► A TinBot grants its owner with different MODs, Special Skills, or pieces of Equipment. The player will apply the one specified next to the TinBot, in the Unit Profile. ► If the owner of a TinBot is part of a Fireteam, every member of the Fireteam will benefit from the TinBot. ► If the members of a Fireteam have more than one TinBot between them that grants the same advantages, they can only use one of them per declared Order or ARO. If the TinBots grant different MODs for the same advantage, only the most advantageous MOD may be used.
Only Yan Huo FTO ("Fireteam Operator") loadouts can join a fireteam. Neither of those have Neurocinetics or an HRMC (giving a 6 Burst weapon). The tinbots rule in the fireteam is mostly for use of the firewall tinbot to protect the team from hacking.
You have the old Yan Huo profile, they now include duo on every profile, EDIT: Duo confirmed, you may now panic.
This is actually funny. One day Yan Huos are like "why use this?" and the next day we are all like "bruh, is this real?!"
Honestly... How bad is it? It's 3SWC/90pts of ARO that can cover 1-2 Fire lanes. They're Hackable and relatively large targets, and can be avoided with Smoke.
Yeah I honestly don't see the problem, it's a fun thing that IA can do that is not cheap. I'd be pretty sad to see the rules rapidly rewritten just to stop this from happening. (If you're going to change anything, give the HRMC FTO, don't be cowards)
I hope the tinbot rule stays too, looking at what we might get when Steel Phalanx returns. Two of the models we are keeping have them so we might get access to more in the future. That'd be an interesting way to spice up Fireteam:Enomotarchos a bit.
