A guy from our groups asks that the strategic usage of tokens enables a trooper to enter SF mode at the beginning of the game.

Puppet Tactica's puppetbots are considered as one trooper.

That being said, can they all enter the battlefield in SF mode?

    Three SFs in one token.

Controller and Peripherals are multriple troopers. Some of them are considered one just for "slot" and deployment.
It has always been that way.

It's covered in Strategic Use rules for Command Tokens:
◼ One Trooper from that player’s Army List can activate the Suppression Fire State (along with their Peripherals, if they are a Controller), following the Activation rules of the State.

Puppets changed big time in N4:
    - Puppetmaster can now ARO even if there are Puppets on the table, even if the ARO has to be the same as the Puppets if they're also going to ARO
    - Puppetmaster can now activate on the active turn by spending an Order, at the same time as the Puppets. You could even shoot at the same target as the Puppet spearhead, although it's a huge risk.

That implies posthumans can enter triple SF modes too.

Yeah, that's the rule no.0 of Infinity, every rule favors posthumans for its best ;)

Does it? Proxies are not Peripherals, and if Peripherals rule need special mention in the wording of Stategic Use, I'd expect G:Jumper would get one too, if this was intended to work for them also.

Since they still count as one trooper.

And strategic SF mode can make one trooper to start in SF mode, so?

Peripheral allows it. As stated up here.
OTOH G: Jumper does not have the same wording, so only one of them can be put in SF.

Peripherals (some of them) can do it because they copy the skills and orders of their controller. Proxies are NOT one trooper (or you'd be able to kill/isolate/imm-a them all by doing it to one of them) and they don't copy each others skills or orders.
