1.Can a unit with explode use explode while in zoc of a friendly model?

2.Can a kuangshi use biolocater to explode even if they are in zoc of a friendly model?

1) Yes

2) I think you mean the Kuang Shi control device, and yes, but you have to detonate all the Kuang Shi in your combat group.

Yes, I don't play you ching I was just browsing through army and was wondering if that was how it worked.
