An example of the punk ascetic it comes for me from the RG, if I am looking at the original ones. Indeed, Tunguska it is more close to the cyber-punk side of the BG, but Bakunin it always sounded to me as the old good punk.

Talking about the new models, I am not a big fan of the NWI + Shock Immunity combo, to be honest. I can understand the reasoning behind it, but it does not seems to me like something Nomads must have. Even more if we talk about Corregidor. It could fit and, if that will be the case, it will fit. Still it will seems to me as the sort of stretch done to justify a choice made game-wise more than with a look at the BG first.

Agreed. NWI+immunity could be classified as a blunt way to balance between single and multi wounds.

Yes. RG are the old punk things in bakunin, but observancy, prowlers, zeros aren't, and morlocks are just penitentiary troops full of drugs to control them with manga aesthetics (same the UFK) more than punk.

About the NWI+SI combo I am not a fan neither. I am just guessing how cb is trying to give us new things.

We all might have some common stereotypes about the punks from each motherships... but I think those stereotype could also be negated when needed, to the level which it doesn't harm the aesthetics&such. idk lol

It seems our great nomad nation is devided because JCT got the cheerleaders but worry not my Bakunin brothers and sisters I come out with a new and exciting cheerleader concept for Bakunin, "Fox-girl hookers" no weapons just the ability to "distract" totally lore friendly but keep my concept away from the sineaters and nuns.

Are we sure the cheerkillers don't fit in with the sectorial that features guys who modify children's toys into combat remotes?

All the Nomads ships have their weirdo quotient, while Tunguska might not have the sheer insanity of Bakunin it's still a big metal box full of people with too much money who occasionally think that using disembodied brains to control military grade heavy robots is a good idea, and then they decide the robot needs a coat...

Yeah, this is what I thought too.

Also, they may relate to the mafia style background, as they seem suited to infiltrating sporting events and making sure matches go the way they're meant to. They may also tie into aristeia perhaps, as a way for tunguska to have eyes and ears around the sphere. Though the baseball bat may suggest not. I love the weirdness of the unit and seeing more diversity within tunguska makes me very happy.

Gameplay-wise my wishful thinking was for a warband, but the shock marksman rifle would indicate it as more of a unique role than that. perhaps an infiltrator makes sense, since they are incognito relative to the rest of tunguska

sorry for so many words, after the hype of corregidor, the cheerkiller was the thing that grabbed me most (I'm a tunguska obsessive)

I'm hoping for an infiltrator, but for a warband the choice of weapons is very strange to me. I will definitely look around for a proxie. I personally! think the design doesn't fit at all. It also reinforces a direction that I find a bit questionable at infinity anyway. I mean slim, petite, female bodies with curves that are usually not neglected ... no, that's why I certainly don't play infinity. Cheerleaders are probably a step further in this direction. There is hardly a stronger sexualized group of people.

I hope for a few more changes in Tunguska. I sometimes find the Hollowman fireteam options not very successful. The haris from raoul and perseus etc. doesn't really fit either, maybe everyone should get superjump. I am thinking of a haris from Perseus and Hollowman.

Yeah, I'm 100% with this - there's a push to make the Nomads more cyberpunk, based on the new Alguacil artwork (the guns could be straight out of Valorant's Glitchpop line) - and frankly if I wanted a serious disciplined military force with Manga aesthetic I'd play O-12/PanO/Yu Jing.

For Cheerkillers as a Tunguska unit frankly ladies, give me an:

(instantly thought of this song when I saw them, love it!)

Corregidor is already the less freaky sectorial. Tunguska should have some neuromancer in it. But everyone has a different picture of the setting. That's part of storytelling thru writing instead of visual media like animation. You have to draw a bigger picture thru small interactions so different people get different results.

I am not so much into the new Alguaciles and I fear it will be even harder to glue the arms on the females :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:. But the Design of the Wildcats looks ass.
Evader looks also really nice. Boots look YuJing to me, so maybe the higher armored MI.
Cheerkiller sounds fun, for me also more Bakunin then Tunguska. Maybe some kind of I-kohl. And I like that they are wearing pants, makes them less sexualized. Actually the skirt and vest look more like an accessoire over a combat suit.

Their shins look like mainly from Mobile Brigadas', but I also felt like the boots look like they're from Yu Jing or JSA.

And it seems to be partially true that those asians and Nomads share some aesthetics in powered gears.

I am really hoping the cheer killers are hackers of some description. Tunguska has great hackers, but none of the cool . unique stuff like what Aleph got in the Robot Sectorial.

First I thought that Cheerkillers will be elite Warband without smoke, but with that rifle, dunno. Maybe mimetism and irregular?

Still can be, shotguns are just better chain rifles now, and an SMR isnt that out of left field for a nomad warband considering Morlocks carry a smoke LGL and jags carrying AHDLs and Panzerfaust, both of which are BS 11. I hope they do something interesting with it like in built repeaters, last thing the game needs is more chain smoker warbands.

As an aside I wish theyd stop handing out Shock marksman rifles (and to a lesser extent the redfury) to every other profile that thing is worse than the SMG.

when I read this I'm curious, do you want a warband or a cheap skirmisher, maybe even an impersonation?
For my part, I would rather have one of the latter things.

Why not both? Forward Deployment 2+ or Inferior Impersonation, Shotgun, maybe some kind of camo? Gimme some Hardcase in a nice cheerleader-wrapping ...

that would really be a dream. I've always wanted to start tunguska because of the look. So far I haven't liked the "unfinished" design. I hope there are more changes besides the new unit.
Why don't you give me a well-functioning hollowman haris, maybe even with perseus? But please not with kriza.
I don't think the Haris from Perseus and Raoul are that successful either. I just don't think the weapons, skills etc. are well coordinated

I would like a more mobile MSV2 or for the Intruder to go to 4-4 MOV.

I think it is pretty much confirmed that MI will be going to 4-4.
