Ask your local warcor in private, they were shown the N4 profile.
(Kinda fun but not gamechanging, dont get your hopes up)

Slightly off topic, but I can't help but point out how freaking incredible his metal model is. The texture on his jacket lining is absolutely insane.

He's going to be a joy and a nightmare to paint.

...now, the real question, do I do him in plaid?

Some minor points changes and more burst on the flash pulse and nanopulser, but it's mostly the same as the N3 version.

Those two points of CC put him into extra Crit chance territory while also being immune to enemy negative modifiers. I'd say that small increase is enough to turn him from a deterrent against close combat into a backline defender that could actually find value in seeking the fight out.

If NBW loses its +3 option in N4 (which I suspect it will as skills are being de-nested) then he remains roughly the same against scrubs.

CC22 with NBW and a -6 to enemy CC is pretty darn scary though, not really anything that can take him on outside of other high CC NBW troops, especially with his choice of Viral or monofilament! (providing NBW keeps it's current main effect)

It's hard to say, but NBW's primary effects are not something I'd consider nested. It's an either/or bonus, not an added optional one.

But that's entirely up in the air at this point.
