I finally managed to finish the greatest TAG in Infinity...my Sally, I pushed myself for you, my precious.
I spiced her with some additional freehand, OSL, rust effect, battle damage and toxic waste O_o.

It is one of the coolest Infinity mini...the details, the sculpt, the pose and of course the GUN.

Easily the coolest looking Szalamandra I have seen so far. Incredible work!

Did you mask the patterns on the forearms or did you just freehand it?

Thanks, much obliged! She's 100% hairy brush work and freehand, no masking tape.

Thanks, mate...the flamer makes her bulkier. I like the sleeker look.

    Thank you!

The recipe is quite simple my own light grey mix(but you can use any light grey you like).
First highlight is stencil (offwhite color) from Vallejo Panzer Aces, Vallejo MC white is used just for edge highlights and a bit on the top of the helmet.
For the shadows I used AK interactive Basalt grey / Black uniform light base AK 3003 Figure range, thin glazes. That's it.

Wonderful Sally! Great choice of complementing colors and tones (hues?). Also very cool gun with the light effect and yellow-ish tone for the muzzle flash. But the part I like the most is the salamander tail, great execution here!

After a long time some minis painted. The workhorse of TAK...Streloks duo.
My favourite unit in the sectorial and most of the profiles are very useful so they deserve a special treatment.

Love your blending. Smooth as silk like always. I used to spend a lot of time doing it but now days I’m into cheating a bit by stippling. Just a new preference of mine and no way trying to detract from your excellent work ;-)

Thanks! Yeah, I know what you mean, every time when I start to paint I say to myself, paint faster forget about smooth blends...you need more minis done..and I can't convince myself to drop the quality.
    It's a psychological thing I guess.
