Who said anything about new Bolts? The 3 that came with the NCA starter were new when the box came out however long ago. They also got sold as an individual blister for a 'limited time'.
I don't think this will be the list. First I doubt they will include their brand spanking new Dronbots in a repack and second ... where are the Nomads Units? Kriza, Iguana, Zeros, Uberfall, Securitate, Avicenna ... and I think at least one CSU or Brawler will be in there as well. And surely no 3 Orcs.

With AVA 1 on the brawlers currently I doubt they'd include a box of them, as you would not be able to build a legal 300pt list.
Ah, yes. Was thinking maybe some of the stuff from the Icestorm/ Nomad starter maybe, but it doesn't line up either. The Military Order one looks like it's just a gathering of a bunch of the other skus, so I'd guess this is just SoF + some others.
I'd expect SOF, Kaplan, either ORCs or Bolts an Akali with spitfire and some other blister (attack rem maybe?).
The Corregidor box wasn't legal either, until they changed the Mobile Brigada shotgun into an option. Problem is, ForCo has a very limited choice of models and compositions, at the moment. If you include the Character box, they sum up to 130+ points. Then you can include another box. Securitate? Nope. They are packed with a Grenzer. Orcs? Another box worth around 130 point, it leaves roughly 60 points for the rest. Not easy... Bolts? I don't see this box to be the release of a new wave of Bolts, as they are totally out of the store now... This leaves Kaplan, for around 110 points. This option leaves out 80 point for the remaining models. Brawler? AVA 1. They should revise it to 4 or a box is completely out of question. The other boxes in the army are Iguana, Dronbots, Combat Drones and Uberfallkommandos. The Iguana seems to sell well and anyway it is 75 points in a single model. 7 models + 1 TAG is not so appalling for a 90€ box, and TAGs cost more, so maybe you had also to reduce the amount of other models. Dronbots could be a good filler, but it is another box and they would be brand new. Not sure it could be choosen. Combat Drones and Uberfallkommandos are very old sculpts, i doubt they will be in a "faction" box. So, we have for now 4 Kaplan + SoF/ORCs. with 80 points remaining. You can Include roughly 3 of these: Avicenna (27 pts), Brawler (never released as a single model), Clockmaker or Daktary (they are releasing them as Support Pack), CSU (11 pts), Securitate Feuerbach (22 pts), Warcor (SRSLY???), Wild Bill (still not released), Akalis spitfire (22 poitns), Kriza Borac (never released as a single model), Crocman Sniper (38 points) and Zeros (su ugly they took the place of the Ugly Croc Man who never leaves hidden deployment)
The Beyond Kaldstrom, Securitate with Feuerebach, Haiduk and Ninja renders were in it (the miniatures were shown since) And also the Copperbots concept art and 3D render.
Just to chime in here, Spiral is literally one model short of 300 points. The box as-is, picking the cheapest profile available when multiple fit, is 263 points without including the pre-order model. If they dropped one of the Reex and added 2 other mid-cost models, it would be a 300 point pack.
