No they aren't. These new profiles were expected. Bostria showed us all these units and than he said there will be some other surprises that they will show us later this year.

Then why is everyone acting so surprised about Sargosh(Jayth character), Agent Dukash, and Nourikas?

Because we knew only their existence? Profiles were added today with release. We only knew their names.

Right, but if Bostria made mention of it as far back as you're making it seem--why is it that last week when the 'posters' dropped showcasing things that they were such objects of discussion?

Watch that interview. He showed us in that interview these 'posters' and than he said there are some other secret thing they are planning for Code One later this year and that these 'posters' aren't complete. Also interview with Bostria was released after they showed us these 'posters'.

There’s a planned releases page in the Code One rules PDF that shows boxes, but leaves out the contents of all but the immediately imminent boxes (the first expansion for the Code One box).

There is, so far, no mention of which character will be the hero blister for PanO and Yu Jing. That's just a glaringly obvious omission.

C1 also contain skill Remdriver and no unit has it currently. IMHO this is good hint that there will be more.

So, that's G: Jumper LZ, right? Does it seem that way to anyone else?

We have the worst AVA in the whole C1. Only units that have AVA > 1 are:

Nox AVA 5 (other armies have AVA Total)
    M-Drone AVA 2
    R -Drone AVA 2
    Slave Drone AVA 2
    Malignos AVA 2
    Shrouded AVA 2

Almost. G: Jumper LZ is more complex rule, because it works with fireteams and you can boost different model when you needed it. This new skill give stats to one remote for the whole game. The question is if CB will change G: jumper LZ to this skill or this skill is made for different army (or armies) and we will see units with this skill in the future.

Yeah, I more meant that it was the Code One -ified version of Jumper, or a straight replacement. The way it sounds, it'll be something like "Remdriver +3BS". Makes it more granular, if so.

    Initial Thoughts:

    • Sheskiin got even scarier in CC (though her shooting got slightly toned down with the Fat2 change). She now inflicts up to 3 wounds on CC 27 DAM 17 and ALL OF THEM can increase her W attribute (up to +2, of course). Unless I misread, Proth now works with your regular CC weapon (or DA, in her case).
    • Dogged/NWI/Shock don't seem to exist in C1, so Noctifers are slightly nerfed overall, and the ML profile lost the Assault Pistol... who knows if that's going to be around for N4.
    • Sargosh gets +1CC and a MULTI Rifle and LGL LFT over the BS Spec Ops Jayth for the same (C1) cost. Loses the DA CCW, however. Also worth noting here is that the LGL is gone on the Nox, which means this is your only access to it in C1.
    • Gwailo doesn't have a HRL profile (which means no MSV) in C1.
    • Ko Dali loses Proth :((((. Her assault pistols are replaced by Heavy Pistols so she loses 2 B in close quarters as well. As with the Noc, we shall see what happens for N4.
    • Q-Drone (and other REMs...) Electric Pulse is, indeed, replaced by PARACCW. Only real change as far as I can see, though it also seems that mimetism costs a much larger percentage of the points in C1 than it used to.
    • Tensho is missing some rules that might make an appearance in N4, but the big visible change is that AutoMediKit has been folded into Regeneration which is quite good, now (in comparison).
    • Malignos seems to have no significant changes other than the Regen changed highlighted above.
    • Caliban loses its dodge bonus, but MA3 is better now than it was. If I'm correct in the Proth change as well, this is a buff as it's DAM 15 with the +3/-3.
    • Shrouded, like the Malignos, don't seem to have changed except for the Regen change.
    • Doc Worm is unchanged.
    • Nourkias... is even more of a CC monster than Sheskiin! CC28, B2, DAM 15 DACCW, imposing a -3... that's up to 6 chances for Protheion to hit.
    • Mentors lose the decoy, but that may be just a C1 thing.
    • Victor seems unchanged, which is a nerf in C1 as the only programs he has access to are carbonite and spotlight.
    • Nox have no changes as far as I can tell.
    • Dukash ... I guess. There are plenty of CC options already, but I guess if you need one more... Fat2 and BS13 look good, so it's a good all-round choice, which seems to be a theme with these DF (assuming it is one).

Calibans are AVA1 in N3 vanilla as well.

They're only AVA4 if you play shas.

I only see one problem there is no weapon profile for light granade launcher, It even looks like he is only profile with lgl in whole C1, so there is something fishy. He either doen't have lgl in C1 or CB forget to add this weapon to C1.

Light Grenade Launchers, Heavy Rocket Launchers, and Assault Pistols don't exist in Code1, so I wouldn't get too worked up over their absence.

You both are very correct on that. More likely they they accidentally left it on his C1 profile than accidentally left the weapon out of the game.

True, but if you buy Wildfire+Beyond or the faction pack, you get nine models for Code One you can actually use at any one time. Coupled with the other odd AVAs and Shasvastii centric list it really doesn't promote the Combined Army very well to the new players that are half the objective in making Code One IMO. Coupled with Defiance it's also a bit of a bummer as your many Noxes will suddenly start feeling like a Zhanshi in IA or White Banner.

Alright I finally got a chance to look at the new army builder and what's up with the costs, is it scale-able, do things look appropriate to you guys and is this what things will look like moving forward?
