Uh, maybe I'm out of the loop here, but will this year's interplanetario be using N3 rules as a last huzzah? N4, but only half the factions legal based on what we have heard about staggered releases.....or Code1?

Was that from Moscow? The latest info I saw was N4 releasing at Gen Con in July/August but ITS not changing to N4 until the start of the new season (which would be after Interplanetario).
The graphic from last week's EIC video still has N4 at Gen Con, and Season 12 of ITS starting after Interplanetario.
I guess it was just said that Interplanetario will be using N3 rules, sorry, I don't really remember which one was it (LVO, CanCon or Recklinghausen Satellites)
How long does it usually take to receive an email confirmation ? I registered 1.5 sec after the start at 2pm but no mail received yet

Was someone able to have contact with the interplanetario team recently ? I received an email regarding problem with my refund a month ago and nothing since (I tried contacting them through mail and facebook).
