    Greetings agents of Imperial Service.
Needing your advice for 300 points army list recommendations in a tourney including supplies, decapitation, and quadrant Control.
    Thanks in advance.

Your question is way too vague for me to help you out - I don't feel legitimate enough to tell you how is ISS supposed to work best.
    You should probably:
    - Start from the existing tactica (that you read already I guess) and try to throw a list in there for everyone to comment,
    - Wait a bit more than a day for people to think about it.

Sun Tze LT, Garuda Tactbot (Spitfire Version) for Supplies and Decapitation is a great way to kick off the list, for Supplies you’re gonna need fast people, a Su Jian Works well, as being Hefty and poweful enough to brute force it’s way to an Obvious LT, or chase down Specialists Carrying the Supplies.

Ninja KHD or Kan Ren (choose your preferred specialist type) will be most useful in this mission.

Celestial Guard + Kuang Shi Link is a realiable way to cover the coffins with Smoke allowing you to extract the supplies harmlessly, also this fireteam shines at punishing Overextended Fireteams and Trading against heftier pieces in Quadrant Control.

Weibing Yaokong or Crane Link (Sensor version + CG entourage) is also a possible way, specially if you bring Madtraps, make sure to sensor around or on top of the Tech Coffins to likely uncover hidden deployers or Camo Markers waiting for a chance to nab them.

Supplies: Dakini Paramedics are your fastest troop that can do it with Medic bonus the other option is sophotect or Spec-Ops if you can bring one.

Quadrant Control: Sun Tze Himself can hold a quadrant on his Own, Hsien Haris or Crane Fireteam also can do this but the crane’s link is a lot more squishy and lacks long range power unless You bring CG Sniper.

Wu Ming Link is probably the most optimal fireteam for this mission, also the ninja is amazing in this mission as well thanks to her hidden deployment, she can suddenly appear to contend or take a Quadrant.

Decapitation: Ouch, Sun Tze is an obvious lieutenant sure, but nothing can downright kill him except 3 Crits on the same roll, so there’s that.

Su Jian is an Anvil that can hound lieutenants wherever they might be hiding, Garuda Tactbot can also get lucky and shoot his spitfire against the Lieutenant, just be wary of Hackers.

This is my Input So far, Make sure to bring Mad Traps for all three missions btw, they truly are a major asset for those missions.

You should really use those kuang-shi as order generators for your other stuff, especially considering you don't have any other core fireteams so you can keep a bunch of them safe. Unless you really plan to throw smokes all over the place that is, but do consider that for a mission like supplies, a dakini paramedic with 5 orders is more than enough to get in there, grab a box and get back safely.

    Celestial Guard (KS Control Device)
    8 Kuang Shi
    Su Jian

Whatever else your heart desires, you already have one of the best attack piece in the game, reliable smoke, some of the best warband and 10 regular orders. All that for 112 points. Build the rest of the list around the mission you’re running.

I always include Xi Zhuang with a Pangguling. He’s by far one of the best Dire Foes. Cheapest source of perimeter weapon in the game. The Pangguling is there to reload him. Reloading perimeter weapons is one of the most cost efficient way to defend your midfield/DZ.

Rui Shi is, by far, of the best shooter in the game, great attack piece.

Sophotect is a great specialist, although a tad pricey.

Garuda makes a great back up attack piece and a good secondary angle of attack on your opponent DZ.

Ninja / Kanren are great specialists and great at killing big things in the mid field.

Flash Bots / Warcor are staples in pretty much every faction, they’re top tier ARO pieces.

Kanren (sniffer / Minelayer) + Sensorbot is pretty crazy vs camo spam.

    - - - - -

Without context on what exactly you need help on, or which mission / matchup you are struggling versus, it’s very hard to give more precise pointers. Those are general stuff that have worked wonders for me in the past.

ISS is arguably one of the best faction in the game if you know what you will be facing. They have some very strong hard counters versus most strategies.

For Quadrant Control, I would bench(or proxy) the Zhanying ML as the Zhanying with Sensor + Madtraps, if one zhanying goes down, the fireteam loses its burst advantage.

Bringing the madtraps will really help to keep opponents off of them, in fact for Quadrant control you can use Kanren + Madtraps as well?l, Doubling down on perimeters makes your opponent waste more orders to dislodge your stuff.

Xi zhuang on his own is good for every list and good for both Missions.

You do need a Rui Shi if you plan to lay Smoke everywhere with the Kuang Shi Link, and if you’re going to Punish Linkteams with it, give one Kuang Shi a Boarding Shotgun.
