I think there was a clause that NA2 releases don't count toward that number. That, or this could be one of those 5, we didn't really know what exactly those were going to be, right? Either way, this does look like a new sectorial to me.
As I speculated previously, the new JSA could "technically" be a sectorial of NAA (Non Aligned Armies)
I don't play Yu-Jing, but it is kind of a shame that this was leaked so early in the "build-up" the frantic speculation was really interesting :-) Plus, it would have been more exciting to see the new units teased one at a time.
I dont think this counts, they said we would get other new sectorials like Druze but those dont count. Carlos said that they want events to happen that would "prompt" new sectorials arriving Im expecting then JSA revolts (new models) which fluff wise leads into terracotta army being shown JSA might be the "treason" from ITS, at end of story line you might get a normal JSA within Yu Jing, and maybe a non aligned terrorist JSA with certain Japanese characters moving to either loyalist(staying yu jing) or only usable in a non aligned rebel JSA. Beast of war campaign likely will be triggering the next 1-2 new sectorials (maybe tunguska and vedic get deployed more based on some fluff logic)
So, if CB deleting info on JSA uprising is Yu Jing trying to keep JSA down. And the Emperor being the official head of state and PR for Yu Jing. And Bostria is the official CB PR person. Does that make Bostria the Emperor!?
