The next JSA member is completed. I got the idea to hide some little easter eggs from anime/games/tv and film on the minis, at least on the minis that have bigger area´s to draw them. On the Kempeitai it is something to counterplay this whole war criminal thing and be a little bit more cheerful. It is from a Volleyball Manga/Anime i really like. So without further babbeling. Thank you guys. @archangeleong It is from Haikyuu. I really cant recommend the Anime enough. It is really refreshing, funny, exciting and beatifully animated. If you are tired of blood and gore, young girls with monsterous weapons, or attacks that can obliterate whole planets that may be something for you. The Kanji around the arm says "Karasuno" (at least i hope so), the school of the Volleyball Team And the Kanji on the back says "Fly High", the cheer poster of the Team
Didn't know about this one but seen アタッカーYOU!, Atakkā Yū! a few decades ago. Those two seem quite different in the approach. @archangeleong if there's a sport, be sure there's an anime/manga about it
Oh i cant recall that i have seen アタッカーYOU!, Atakkā Yū! . But in my childhood there was the anime アタックNo.1, Atakku Nanbā Wan in german television (renamed Mila Superstar) which was fairly successfull. Maybe because of the super catchy Intro. The only thing that was a little bit annoying on that show was the drama part, so i wasn´t a big fan of it. Guess it is quite similar to your show. Yeah the approach from that two shows is very different. ハイキュー!!, Haikyū!! is very lighthearted and funny. So i choose that Kanji for my Kempeitai. My war criminals are here to help and cheer their guys up :). If you like sport anime maybe give it a try. Because of the quite new animation it is very different from the old sports anime i can recall from my childhood ;). Thanks for the little time travel. Man im old.
Yeah i remember we had those 2 anime on french TV. And i second you on Haikyū!! : it's excellent, i never thought i could enjoy volley ball anime after having seen Atakkā Yū! and Atakku Nanbā Wan in my childhood ! BTW if you like sport anime, All Out ! might be a good choice : it's basically Haikyū!! but in rugby ^^ To be back on topic : your minis are great !
Thank you for the tip. Yeah i really was the same opinion like you, never thought of ever watching volley ball anime again. But my wife started watching and within the first episode i was completely hooked. I have a look if i can find All Out! somewhere. Rugby is fancy enough (i really dont like football) that the possibility that i like it is quite high :). I will give it a try. Thank you for your kind words, too.
Hi there, After a little strolling in other painting stuff. I am back again with a new mini. Sorry for the overlighted picture. The only thing I dont like on her is the face, it is not very good this time. But maybe she used something for the woman that only has 2/10´s of a second to make up. Aaaah ok, now I get it. A try is something related to rugby. Good thing nobody noticed that i only now sports from anime and video-games. As you see i havent started looking the anime yet.
