Please I need help creating my list for the upcoming tournament here in Auckland (April).

    5 ROUNDS:
    Acquisition
    Unmasking
    Power Pack
    Countermeasures
    Frontline

as a beginner on Infinity I'm struggling quite a lot for this, I have some ideas but I need some guidance.

First idea is using Omega FO as my main piece, maybe teaming up with a Beta Doctor. Gamma and maybe a TR bot as ARO pieces, and a couple of gangbusters to cover the mid field.

something else that I should include? I want to practice as much as possible but what will be a good starting line up?

    thanks!

Most of those missions have a strong Liason Officer/Datatracker requirement, which the Omega FO is great for. Some have both; Betatrooper KHD or Doctor will be a good Datatracker in a mission where you want your Liason Officer to be the Omega and don't want to overlap with all your eggs in one basket.

Board control is always useful for ITS as well so Gangbuster KHDs and Sirius AHDs maybe? Varangians, support troops and long range firepower to round them out.

    This is my quick thought...

I recommend a Delta KHD for Countermeasures and Power Pack. I also recommend a Beta SpecOp over the KHD or Doctor, just for the sake of being a superior gunfighter whilst remaining a versatile specialist.

I like it! what about a Peeler rem instead of the Dakini HMG? apart of being cheaper, what other advantages have over the TR Bot?

Dakini is a better aggressive piece due to it's mimetism, smaller Silhouette can be handy too.

Yeah, Dakini is the better choice for active turn use, and its also worth getting it forward into midfield for suppression fire as well, since that will also benefit from supportware. But consider also that the Peeler is just about the only method you will find in the whole faction for multiburst reactive turn defense, so it's probably worth squeezing one of them in too, if possible. I found that a combo of Epsilon sniper + Peeler HMG made for decent ARO defense, with the Dakini and similar units like the Beta Spitfire making for excellent active turn offense.

Hmm, FYI I think the tournament is actually in Wellington, not Auckland. If I'm incorrect on that point please let me know asap so I can cancel my flights >_>

So my approach would be to use the same list for Frontline and Power Pack, as they are a lot less specialist focused then the others. So I'd be looking at something like this:

    Frontline + Power Pack
    ──────────────────────────────────────────────────

    [IMG]10
    GAMMA Feuerbach / Heavy Pistol, Knife. (1.5 | 58)
OMEGA (Forward Observer) MULTI Rifle + Heavy Riotstopper / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 46)
    EPSILON HMG, Nanopulser / Pistol, Knife. (1.5 | 30)
    SIRIUS Red Fury + 1 SiriusBot / Pistol, Knife. (1 | 29)
[IMG] SIRIUSBOT Heavy Riotstopper / Electric Pulse. (0 | 5)
    ALPHA Lieutenant (Strategos L2) 2 Light Shotguns, 2 Nanopulsers / Pistol, DA CC Weapon. (0 | 26)
SIRIUS Hacker (Assault Hacking Device) Submachine Gun + 1 SiriusBot / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 25)
[IMG] SIRIUSBOT Heavy Riotstopper / Electric Pulse. (0 | 5)
DELTA (Forward Observer) Combi Rifle + Light Riotstopper, D-Charges / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 23)
GANGBUSTER Hacker (Killer Hacking Device) Submachine Gun, MadTrap / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 21)
DAKINI Tacbot MULTI Sniper Rifle / Electric Pulse. (1.5 | 21)
CHO (Chain of Command) Combi Rifle, Nanopulser / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 20)

For the other three missions, I'd go with one of my more normal lists:

    Acquisition + Unmasking + Countermeasures
    ──────────────────────────────────────────────────

    GROUP 1[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]10
    OMEGA HMG / Pistol, Knife. (2 | 48)
    EPSILON HMG, Nanopulser / Pistol, Knife. (1.5 | 30)
CYBERGHOSTS Hacker(Hacking Device Plus) Combi Rifle + Pitcher / Breaker Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0.5 | 26)
    ALPHA Lieutenant (Strategos L2) 2 Light Shotguns, 2 Nanopulsers / Pistol, DA CC Weapon. (0 | 26)
SIRIUS Hacker (Assault Hacking Device) Submachine Gun + 1 SiriusBot / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 25)
[IMG] SIRIUSBOT Heavy Riotstopper / Electric Pulse. (0 | 5)
DAKINI Tacbot MULTI Sniper Rifle / Electric Pulse. (1.5 | 21)
GANGBUSTER Hacker (Killer Hacking Device) Submachine Gun, MadTrap / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 21)
CHO (Chain of Command) Combi Rifle, Nanopulser / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 20)
    LAMBDA Engineer Combi Rifle, D-Charges / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 16)
    YUDBOT Electric Pulse. (0 | 3)
LAMBDA Doctor (MediKit) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 16)
    YUDBOT Electric Pulse. (0 | 3)
    YUDBOT Electric Pulse. (0 | 3)

    GROUP 2[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]4 [IMG]2
VARANGIAN Submachine Gun, 2 Chain-colt, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, AP CC Weapon. (0 | 13)
VARANGIAN Submachine Gun, 2 Chain-colt, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, AP CC Weapon. (0 | 13)

They can definitely use some more thought being put into them, but I think they're a good start for the mission selection. I do normally run a double AHD Team Sirius but opted not to include it since most people aren't as big of fans of them as myself.
