I would make CSUs cheaper, change Bolt (Haris) to plain Bolt (Hannibal already has Fireteam:Haris) and for saved points buy one Warcor for 2nd group to flip his irregular order for Zeros and provide cheap ARO. You may want to trade places between Croc and one of Zeros (KHD I guess), so you start with 10 order group. Only thing I'd say is that securitate link is too defensive. If you're sticking a specialist in there for button pushing, might as well swap one of the big guns for a HMG. The high burst is great for overwhelming stuff and allows the team to push up more than two low burst long range guns do.
I agree about the overly defensive link. I would also think about how you would deal with warbands and ODD, though that may just be my meta. There aren't many cheap bodies in ForCo but the Uberfallkommando can be useful for that as well as the pathfinder's auxbot. P.s. glad to see someone else playing this really interesting army.
I have a hard time justifying Hannibal for myself. I think there is something to be said for bringing Massacre, because he has some cool stuff. For only six more points, you could bring a bolt haris with the spitfire, CoC, and haris profiles, and also an Uberfall. If you wanted to keep costs down, you could bring the KHD instead of CoC. I like the fireteam core you have. Snipers and Feuerbachs are perfectly awesome on offense and devastating on defense. Plus, once those two drop, you’ve got a nice, mobile core team that can push buttons and bring a hairs of templates with them.
