So, collective, I really like morlock and uber falls but I'm not sure how to mix them in my combat groups.id like to try 2 or 3 morlock AND the uber fall but how should I split them?
    Any advice?

It depends how you want to use them. Uberfalls can be one of your main attack pieces, so I tend to put them in a full group of otherwise regular orders they can use, so they can race across the board and assassinate whatever I really need dead.

Morlocks I tend to use more as a screen, so I put them in a second order group with maybe less regular orders. They can be used to attack targets of opportunity, harass midfield camo units etc and having a spare regular order or two to coordinate them if you want to get them more in your enemies face can be helpful.

Otherwise if you want to do more with them you could split them across groups with 1-2 in each. I find I want to use those main pool regular orders on gunfighters and button pushers though, at least early in the game.

Both units are excellent though. You need to get the hang of them to get full value.

    Hope that helps.

I guess I'd be wanting to alpha with the ubers and being flexible with the morlock. So what you say makes sense. After all, the morlock have 2 orders each I guess

Yeah they're good at getting a bit forward and just being a nuisance to your opponent getting to you, trading for anything he sends forward. That e/m CCW is very scary to a lot of things.

Take 3-4 Morlocks for your second group with either E/M or DA. Deploy them deep in your zone - even on the backline is fine, if it keeps them safe - and the impetuous orders will naturally guide you toward the threats your opponent is putting forward. If something big opens up, move that Morlock to group 1 and go nuts. At all costs, avoid situations where your Morlock is throwing smoke FTF in the impetuous phase. It's almost always better to pay the order and stay still than risk the piece. If you are patient with your Morlocks they'll provide amazing trades and counterattacking power. If you're not, they'll die to random ARO's.

Uberfall is more straightforward. Put it in group 1, deploy it as a reserve, and run at your target. If you can use any impetuous orders, it's a big bonus, but my expectation is that I'll have to pay to cancel it every turn. Be sure you have enough orders to reach what you point them at... if you make it, they're dead, but if you don't make it you just wasted an entire turn.

If you deploy your Morlocks at the back of your deployment zone make sure their impetuous path doesn't take them right near other troopers and in LOF of enemy missile launchers though!

This is an example of a list designed to do what @Hachiman Taro is talking about. It's built for Armoury.

    Ideally you go second.

T1. Morlocks Smoke the approach the armoury, Uberfalls break in and kill everyone inside and loot the PANOPLYS. (If going first I will often forgo contesting the armoury Turn 1, because I find it a death trap).
T2. You opponent clears your Uberfalls out of the armoury, which puts him in range of your surviving Morlocks who run into and make a mess of things. If you get lucky that's enough to kill everything and score the zone.
T3. Grrls clean up and sit in the Armoury.

What it really allows you to do is put ~9 orders through the Uberfalls if you want, with another ~14 on getting smoke etc down or otherwise making their job easier. Generally you don't need that many orders, and instead you can use some to do other boring things (heal the Sin Eater, promote the Grrls up the board, push buttons etc).

It's heavily designed to exploit the Morlocks Impetuous Smoke to clear the way for the Uberfalls to use their Impetuous order as well.

(Aside: If you really wanted to you could drop a Moderator, CRAP Morlock and a DA Morlock for a 23pt trooper... perhaps a second Uberfalls?... But more usefully a third Zero for non-Armoury missions.)

By splitting the orders in this way I can power Uberfalls with a full 10 orders if I want to go on a killing spree, and I can give 5 orders to morlocks getting work outta them too if I want. Sometimes I don’t use them much at all, and other times I’ll spend my whole first turn on those 3 models powering them around the board. It gives you a lot of flexibility.
