has anyone built any lists featuring a Yadu core or haris that they really like? I’m curious to see ideas and strategies. The only thing I can come up with that I like is a Yadu core for zone scoring or objective room mission. Then I can never get comfortably up to more than 12 orders.

Caveat for all the following, I almost always run yadus in limited insertion.

I have had a good experience with a special Harris of Shakti, the K1 Rudra, and Trisha (counts as the 2 yadu + Deva Haris) at a local tourney. It's a whole bag of tricks in 3 models, and is able to tackle just about anything. If you want something a little more offensive, swap Trisha for the Msv2 spitfire Deva.
When I want the Haris for something else, I've had success with a pseudo-haris of Shakti, a Rudras, and the NCO HMG yadu. I usually don't run a full core of yadus, as it always seems to end up sucking too many points for my liking.

I've run variants of this list a couple times to generally positive effect. Though it relies on a fairly dense table and fairly straight forward missions to really be fully effective.

The Samekh FTO it's a very good cheap unit for to fill a fireteam, and have bs 15 in a Core.

In my opinion 2 different hackers in core is worst possible option, especially when you have Rudra repeater. Because one khd hacker will have free hack vs one of your hackers, or you have to reset every time. More of it you have 4 hackable units in your link - so more options to break this link.

Yes, but an Assault Hacker is useful for the enemy HI, and Shakti with killer is an amazing mix for shoot and kill the hackers (the assault device cannot do it). Furthermore in this case we have also a powerful weapon for the short range.
Consider that if an enemy comes close to the lamedh or the rudra it take ARO from Asura, Shakti and Yadu. I think it's good for board control.
    Wich change you would do?

The problem is that if these hackers are in the same fireteam, they must either do the same ARO or one of them must be expelled from the fireteam. Imagine if a KHD come close to your fireteam during your reactive turn.

Shakti and the Yadu AHD both have an ARO
_ Shakti can declare a powerful ARO with a killer program, but the rest of the team must idle (Yadu AHD can declare something else but either him or Shakti is expelled)
_ Yadu AHD can declare a not so good ARO with AHD program, but the rest of the team must idle (Shakti can declare something else but either AHD or Shakti is expelled)
_ Yadu team all declare reset - no one is expelled but no one can do something else

If you are a 4+ fireteam, you get to declare after the enemy hacker announce his second short order. But if you are in a 3- team, you must announce it before knowing his target.

Either way, if the enemy KHD focus your yadu AHD, yes, he may die from Shakti program, but your AHD is most probably dead too - and thus your fireteam is weakened. Depending on the situation, it may be a calculated risk from your opponent and a very good move. A cheap KHD weakening a 100 pts fireteam by killing a valuable member is quite nice.

Ok, maybe is better that one with multi, e/marat and drop bears.
A question about drop bears: if it is a weapon with targhetless, I must throw 2 mines ( with B 2 in fireteam) on the some point like the smoke? It's possible to put two markers one over the other? So if in my turn I put 2 mines with an enemy already in the trigger area, when the enemy player active his model It take 2 shoot of mines?
Sorry i haven't never used drop bear.

In the Active Turn you can split the burst of the Bears to be in two different locations, in ARO the same point must be targeted so there's only space to place one, even if both rolls succeed.

Worth noting that two will be used (provided you roll two dice of course) even if you can only place one with AROs.

Hsien, what was your normal deployment and use of the fireteam/army? Do you usually use the Yadu team defensively, and the various infiltrators as the attack pieces?

RolandTHTG, depends on mission and terrain and who goes first.
Most time i try to place naga with mines in front of enemy DZ, to cover enemy link team or strong aro. Dasyu is midfield fighter for me, but it depends on mission, so i can place him in pair with naga.
Now yadu - for aro i try to cover most sectores with hmg and hrl - yes, i know hmg isn't best weapon for aro, but i have to do it. As yadu have forward deployment - always use it. And all my core is always covered by MK2 - some time i deploy it farther then my DZ.

The most effective tactic for me when playing with this list and i've got first turn. With yadu or mk2/5 i'll try to remove my opponent's aro, which cover my naga or dasyu. Than with my infiltrators try to sneak in to dz and put as many mines, as possible. If i still have orders, i try to grab some mission points or try to make "mines trick".
During second turn - my core team finished the job, by moving towards opponet's DZ and dropping bear every where)(i really love mines)

In conclusion, I want to say Yadu is good hammer, which need anvil(in my list it is mines and skirmishers) and good preparation (mines and remove all viral ammo in my opponent's list).

I play this list twice for now, lot of fun :)
it is easy to change from MK2 Hacker to MK2 Sniper,
you have all kind of specialist for classified objectives.

Dakini core Yadu haris, no spec

Why a 8-7 split? Surely you can 10-5 and swap orders to whatever group needs them most with command tokens? Excluding the netrods.

What if try you list in such way?
You have more stronger aro with mk2 and dakini core under apsara+plus lgl gives your a little more flexibility. More of it - shakti can support your, if deva will be unlucky.

Have you tried swapping the Posthumans and Sophotect around? It seems like you have a fair amount of orders in group one that aren't doing a whole lot after you snipe off enemy units while group 2 is a bit tight on orders even with the Duo and Haris (which you can't form without swapping the basic Yadu to the Haris version, you do have the point and SWC free for doinn that)
