Hi guys, after several "friend games" with qk I am preparing for my first tournament this week. It will be a 3 games tournament and mission will be countermeasures, unmasking and firefight. Also we will play with tactical windows so no more than 15 unit. After a long reflection I am thinking to go with these 2 lists. I decided to not play yuan yuan. Not having tactical awareness I decide to go with regular orders. That's an interesting setup. I never ran more than one al hawwa at the time, so that's a bit unusual for me. I take it you intend on running Haris-only link teams, interchanging them between Djanbazans and Odalisque/Hafzas? That's an interesting choice, although it seems to lack any trade-pieces aside from the flash bots. A single Yuan Yuan in your DZ may come a long way both as a smoke provider and as a trade-piece in case something breaches your DZ and tries to go for your Djan HMG.
Put at least one Specialist in the second group of list one, so that you can use the orders for objectives, if need be.
Oh, that's right. But the SpecOps has Free Agent, so should be able to switch depending on the situation.
Your lists relie a lot on aggressive play and you are dragging units along the field, which are not that durable when attacked well. For countermeasures and unmasking, everything can depend on flexibility in turn two and three, but it seems to me, that you have to wreck everything turn one to survive with your key-pieces in the following turns. That is quite unlikely for QK, in my opinion. I would suggest two Yuans and the EVO-Kameel together with the Fanous. To get the slots free, you can drop the two aditional Djanbazans - The HMG can do most things alone. And put one Hawwa in each group, to stay flexible enough.
