Thank you, kind sir. It's mostly layering and glazing, lately I'm trying to incorporate more wet blending to speed up the process but it's quite trickier.
I've settled mostly for "Comic Book" eyes. I paint them full white (or another color that fits), usually with as black trim around to make them pop.
If you don't need high display level painting, do them before the rest of the face, here's how: And if they're women you can take it even further, this is pretty much how i do it these days. And from here, you can go even further beyond! (Yes, i'm aware i'm sounding like Goku )
That's kinda the thing. My mini are FOR display. I don't play actual wargames (though I use my mini for Tabletop RPGs) so it's all for fun and show. And I want to avoid the snake slit eyes so I leave them all white.
Full unit of Frontoviks. Set a personal record, 6 Infinity minis in one month . Even though the minis look cool, they were quite a chore to paint. Too much equipment and too many pouches...
