Recently delved into Military Orders, but not a huge fan of the older sculpts, so I'm updating all of them (except Holy Sepulchre, he's boss). Here are my Teutons! I relocated the side-antennas to the backs of their heads and used Heavy Gear White Cat rocket pods for their Panzerfausts. The Spitfire is just the Father Knight arms on the Hospitaller body.
@TheDiceAbide That looks great. Never though of using Hospitalers for other Knightly Orders but your Panzers and arm swap are rather convincing.
Thanks! I actually changed the sword arm for an Orc's arm, then used that sword on my Hospitaller MULTI rifle. While I was at it, I also got into making a Santiago Knight using the original head on a Montessa body, plus some extra bits to represent the zero-g gear.
I am slowly putting together a Foreign Company force and wanted to add some Kaplans. Not the greatest models in the world though. I’m thinking of just using the heads and maybe arms on something more palatable. Opinions?
Blackjack: (Minor mod to give it a rotary chaingun over the m60-lineage mg). And "hookers" (to go with the blackjack). Some HVTs for games where I need more than one.
I like the concept. Totally 'murica. Is that Warhammer 40k dreadnought minigun? Personally, I'd try to get a more 'detailed' version. Like that one: https://anvilindustry.co.uk/taurus-minigun-5 Or remove the ammo belt altogether (they are usually a pain to get in a 'realistic' position, I managed to snap one on my Iguana; luckily zinge industries make a rubber one with a wire inside, they are sooo much better) and get a barrel like on this one: https://anvilindustry.co.uk/goliath-minigun
Nope, it's even older. It's a 2nd edition Sentinel assault cannon. Big chunky mutha. As for what you'd do ... don't rightly care. I'm not using it for infinity regardless (as that would mean I'd have to start collecting those backwards, backwoods M'sieur McHickskis of Dawn *spits* and that ain't never going to happen.). I play other games with my infinity models, because the models don't actually GAF which ruleset you use them with.
Ah yes, the one between the Egg On Legs and the "modern" version. Except for Moderators, who get confused if there's no 20 sided dice.
Converted a couple Securitate feurebachs. Though I’m thinking of using the HMG body for the male instead.
I've finished another two minis for my Haqq - a rather quick for me, because in the start of November they looked like this: To make Shaytaniyah look more dangerous I've add him a Feuerbach from old Azra'il. And a Spidey on his base ;) Today the Remotes look like this: The detail on Shihab's base is a souvenir of one very mean ARO - 3 crits against BlackJack: Much more photos can be find in this ALBOOOM PozdRawiam / Greetings
Not really fond of the Q drone hmg arm being low between the legs. Just looks in the way of everything. Going to slice it and the ML off and splice them together so I have a high mounted hmg :)
@Snowball It does look better suited for combat than before. I can see the legs getter in the way of moving the HMG side to side.
Been working to try and fix Mr Goldstein's rather Blah pose. Been a nightmare to try and repose him. Gonna have alot of work resculpting the parts I've had to really damage to shift things around. Would have really liked to see his standard pose having him attacking with his monofilament CCW. Still feels like a solid start.
@Kreslack It looks like the effort will be well worth it when you finish him. Keep it up and see it through to the end.
Hey, everyone! First time posting on this thread! As I mentioned in my first post on the forum, I started working on my Shock Army and decided to delve into making my own Montesa! Using parts from the bike from the Authorized Bounty Hunter kit, the arms of a Magister Knight, and the body/legs/head of the female Order Sergeant model. While this isn't the first conversion I've ever done, this is the first time I've worked on something this big.
Oh great lords of the release schedule, I, Shang Ji spitfire, present myself as a humble offering... Let me have a new sculpt comrade in the Code One bo... Wait... Where did you all come from? Some of you aren't conversions! You, with the big sword and whippy hair, you're just that Pheasant Agent from the old ISS starter that CB supplied a replacement part for even though you're OOP! And you lot at the back are Japanese! Go away!
Working on a Sphinx conversion inspired by a recent one on WGC Infinity from a Xeodron. Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
