i can tell one one of them is the plasma carbine with D-charges but anyone know what the rifle welding. one is? (clearly not a multi sniper XD)

It's a Shock Marksman Rifle

The Video had the dossier with the SMR design in it.

Makes me hope we'll see a MULTI Sniper before then as I really want that profile.

just swap it with the MSR on the epsilon, fixes two problems in one go.
