Why did Defiance get Symbiomates and not Symbiobombs?

    We all know that Bombs are way more fun than Mates. Why did Defiance get mates and not bombs?

    Probably because they will be used defensively in the enemies profiles.
    I also don't think anyone would complain if you used a mate as a proxy for a bomb.
