I'd say no. The video makes it pretty clear it's not really intended for "proper" Infinity play. Consider the Infinity rules a fun extra, not the intended use case.
The rule worked as intended before; they changed it to be "simpler" but in the process made it overpowered and fluff-breaking. We've also seen a proliferation of Berserk/NBW/TI troops, making other troops that pay dearly for CC skills less useful.
Except we had thread after thread proving that the understanding how it worked was mixed at best, even despite input from CB.
While I'm sure they have things planned for >900k, I doubt they are of the same magnitude as the already revealed expansions or Mega-dude.
I dunno. I think it depends a lot on how well they really thought this kickstarter was going to do. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they were scrambling for ideas. Personally, now that we see they are willing to do big PVC, I think it would be cool just to have a "replica" of the Defiance as a SG. Not at all playable, but something to paint and display.
Is it just me to think, CB did not presume it would go over 900k Euros? KS tend to throw the most tasty ones upon last minute bomb, but I see NA2 reinforcements lining up. Hmm I dont think its the most catching ones..
That was because CB half-assed keeping their ammo types straight. It was working as intended, just obtuse, and there's a decent amount of people who play Infinity who've never read the rules.
Or the additional body parts for the main heroes quite a lot of people requested here in the forum or in the KS comment section Come on CB, make it happen!
Also : badges, patches, custom base... CB want my money and I want goodies (and another set of body parts). It should not be that complicated

Yes. Half of the Shasvastii are already out in Operation Firestorm I'd like to chime in with a reminder. The game boxes are supposed to ship in July 2020. Just the core/collector/etc boxes. Everything else is scheduled for "the Fall". If all you want this for are for the specific models then dive in. If you just want an "official" model for whatever strikes your fancy it'll be a wait. In fact you may wait longer for the Kickstarter than Corvus Belli's regular process. Shasvastii Seed Soliders are on the docket for January, as an example. Consider wisely...
The Spiral Corps pack is an amazing complement to the Army box, probably the best Reinforcement pack so far in Infinity terms.
The fact that it means you don't have to get 2 Kaeltars is great for people who are interested in Spiral but not Tohaa.
