It's a common trait among many game end bosses. That's the only thing stopping them from leaving the final room and offing the main character right at the beginning.
That's Tohaa trying to break the screen so they are finally allowed to join the game With the exception of Tohaa being punished as the only main faction without a spot in the game (so far at least), CB has being doing quite a good job here. The first expansion was release at a good time to give the campain a push (it made roughly 150k in 2 days, in a middle of a campaing it's a good performance), then the second expansion, then this. I don't know for others but I have been hyped during the whole 14 days since the beginning
Actually it looks more a Xeodron Batroid to me, but I'm guessing the two most exiting possibilities remain: versus mode, as others suggested before; an expansion providing buildable Combined Army characters, to be used against hhhuuumanssss. After all, cards for human enemies were unlocked already, the models are existing in Infinity: the game already and this would only require additional tiles, hero cards and campaign missions. Nothing to difficult to create;
Actually, the most realistic, If we need to analyze the photo, is a Pneumarch of Ur Hegemony or a Tohaa, so... If a tohaa, it could be Sygmaa.... I hope Odysseus tbh.
It is a giant Surda Beast mounted by an Taqeul rider. I dont have the slightest doubt about that. Tohaa are coming back through a wormhole on the Kickstarter page, the cracks are proof enough .
Gutier: No. Get back to work. It could just make the door bigger, or be confined to it's own boss arena.
Evey time I see a new hero joining, I'm picturing a Super Smash Bros entrance. "Space Artichoke joins the brawl! - Jaan Staar!" "Break the mold, literally! - Kendrat!"
I am still optimistic that it is a giant Surda beast? It has a tail after all, and it is far to wide for an Avatar .
It is a new addition to the bootleg mini collection: Diorama of the Avatar sepsitorizing the 4 original heros
95% chance it's Avatar... Forehead is the same, teeth are the same, lightbulbs on the shoulders, even the ridge-things on the right shoulder. Only strange thing is the xeodron-like back-spike (?) on the left. It's not Avatar's tail for sure.
