My main faction is cjc and i`m happy to see a new model for them since years! The two are awesome. Maestro is a very big deal i think. But the most importent think is:
    - threw her, the Morans get more worthy, they carry this f**king repeater and seriously in cjc you dont need this equipment, now it might be orth to have a repeater on him, tats nice.
And billie is awesom! I like the boarding shotgun Bandit with the emaulers, but he istn`t a specialist, now billie will do his annoying job against invincible army or so....

My Proxy will be the female Alguacil Hacker and Moriaty the Zondcat :) i like him most ;-)

BJC needs a proper overhaul something shocking. But TJC is actually in a pretty good place, doesn't feel under worked at all (and the last thing they need is another hacker.), and a fairly well designed and balanced sectorial. The thing that makes feel subpar is that it the other sectorials that it was released along side with ridiculously over the top in power level, and frankly I'll take a balanced and reasonably well designed faction over top tier busted any day (mostly because it's less likely to take a nerf bat to face).

Bakunin could really use a mixed fireteam update and a Dire Foe for sure.

Jazz is amazing in CJC, working through Lunokhods and Morans, especially since I was already using the old female Alguacile hacker to do that previously, so she slots right in. Tempers CJCs historic relative hacking weakness (for a Nomad sectorial). Suprising Jazz isn't designed to be at least 1-2pts more than the basic Alguacile hacker so they both have a place though. Maybe she should get a light flamethrower ;)

Corregidor really needed her. Many lists after the fireteam update need a normal hacking device. Now I can have another option/backup to the EVO. It fits in well to what I see as the current model of Corregidor.

EVO is still king due to programs for AD3 and Geckos thou.

    I won't expect sectorial revision before N4.

Eh BJC is in a good spot. It doesn’t have all the same tricks everyone else does, and that’s the way the game should be. It makes up for it in other ways. Moira’s could use a 5 pt decrease across the board but that’s about it. Everything else wins.

I don't think so. Having some good stuff doesn't make up for being so old and stiff. It doesn't need a big power boost, just needs some work to make more profiles useful and more list styles available.

She indirectly buffs the Iggy in CJC too, the repeater pretty much went to waste or was a liability before, now it can actually be used to project threat

Still is, the Iggy wants to hang back and shoot into the midfield, mostly due to it having a long range weapon and only a HFT for CQC. so running up the table to use the repeater is often a detriment as it will more than likely be firing on +0 to -3 mods before cover and other vis mods, meaning most of the time it's firing on 8's which isn't great on a 75 point model with a standard HMG. Offensively speaking Jazz still only has the basic CLAW programs which were still in the faction before she came along, additionally the CLAWs *Can* do stuff but you're better calling up an AHD more often than not.

What she does do though is increase it's infowar defense in that maestro is one hell of a deterrent. Making diving it with an enemy hacker a not particularly good proposition. Speaking more generally she does make the CJC's repeater net hard to leverage against you, allowing for things like the AHD Hellcat or Wildcat in relative safety as opposed to before where they were relying on the Bandit KHD to protect them.

That has not been my experience with TAGs in general. They end up out there and one of the main thing holding them back is being hackable.

Iggy in a Sectoral where you can take a small core with a Brigada Deflector L2 and DJ Jazzy Jazmin is now actually pretty lethal to hackers. Maestro and you're at -9. Even if you're a KHD, you're pretty fucked. Wish the Iguana wasn't only Strength 2 but whatever.

So CJC gets their best hacker. lol She is a nice little buff for CJC. Otherwise, nomads have plenty of better hackers so I suspect we shall only see her in CJC. Unless a generic nomad wants to take multiple hackers, such as an Interventor and Jazmin.

Billie is a nice get for very few pts so I think if you want a cost effective hacker in vanilla you might still take the team.

Enemy hacking has never been a concern for me, normally because nomads get ewarefare superiority pretty quick. Its the very quickly being in the 0 to -3 range band so you don't end up hitting much if anything, flanked by AD or swarmed by warbands that have flooded the midfield will end it. Hacking for any Nomad TAG, especially Iggy isn't the problem, it's everything else.

She is the best hacker CJC will have that is no doubt, but is really having maestro so much of a difference in hacking?. She will die almost the same against KHD if the enemy really want to (she will just survive a few more times and even get a few mor chances to kill the other hacker, but I doubt a hac tao/asura hacker will go against her). Except for that, there is not so much difference in what she will do.

I know BJC will not get any revision before N4, thats for sure. I even start to doubt it will get one in N4. But I am not so sure it is in a good place now. Of course, it can win, but there are too many options outdated or that, be it another faction, would have been revised before.

TJC was underworked. They have some good combinations in LI, but they focused more in all the other new sectorials (CB spent more time on them). The fireteam options is a good example (half of them are poorly designed) and you can play TJC with vainilla almost the same, but directly better because the way the sectorial was dessigned (no cheap warban, no filler, a pseudoharis that can go vainilla, all good options related to individual pieces, etc). CB admitted that they didn't spect the sales success from TJC, that's because they thought it was going to be a second rate sectorial in the first place (even when it was the most wanted nomad sectorial in N2 when sectorials were announced)

Regarding Jazz, my point is that she, being a vortex, she could be avaiable to other sectorials, her impact would be higher in BJC, where there is not so much competition for her role (cheap support hacker). But even when she is good, in CJC she will just take out 2 options we had

Question is, can I take Jazz and Billy and fireteam Jazz? Or can I only put her in a team if she's the non-Billie profile.

Incidentally I took her in a game last night and she was good. Cheap, added hacking punch to a fireteam, pitcher is useful, she had a Deflector L2 Mobile Brigada with her and I took an Iguana too, very strong infowarfare presence in Corregidor.

with the info we have, I would say no. The FTO option has no Billie, but CB has said that all the new character profiles are temporary, so there might be changes (some people are complaining about their character beign underwelming, and that the nomad is op, so knowing CB, there will be a nerf somewere)

Do we have any idea when these profiles will be finalized and added to the army builder?

Probably not before the end of the campaign as they just released another two completely new heroes.
