Indeed. I quote your message but my post should have been more general regarding the add-on only question. Sorry for that. My understanding is that the only change so far is a 1€ pledge to gain access to PM. Some may hope that other changes can occur such as allowing add-on only but so far it only looks like considering hope as fact to me. My own position would be: as long as the no add-on only entry is present there is no doubt. Still, it's only my opinion.

I'm not sure what you mean. I referred to date of delivery. Contents of Core, Collector's and Deluxe will be delivered on July 2020 (or with any delay that happens). Contents of Outcast and any further similar expansions will be months after July 2020 (that is probably end of 2020, I epxect same delay if the July 2020 stuff gets delay). I _think_ the reinforcement packages contain Defiace cards for whatever minis are in them? If these cards are in the "main" pledges already, then the reinforcements packs should also arrive July 2020.
The card and tokens for morat/onyx are show in the "free content for all pledges" picture so they should be in the core box (with maybe copies in the pack)
Ah, ok, that was a bit unclear for me. So the Reinforcement Packs are just minis then? That could make them available from the get go (July 2020), since these are all existing sculpts. Just a matter of repackaging them and delivery.

Not in the KS webpage. There needs to be a pledge for that. CB can put it whenever they want, but if they don't do it, I doubt pledge manager would be active for those people puting only 1€. So maybe more than clarity, people need to push CB for them to update the KS project
From what I read, CB misunderstood the default settings and had it explained to them that 1EUR pledges actually do give access to Pledge Manager by the KS people. @Koni could we please get a clarification and ensure on your side that this is correct? :)
Could be a good idea to add a point about what will be available to standard retail channel with general release in a year and what will only be available to KS backer (or through store KS backer) There is a lot of confusion on the comment of the KS regarding that
This exactly. People are starting to ask the same things on forums. And my 2 cents, I guess it would be better for you to stick to the "KS exclusive policy". Or a lot of people will cancel their pre-order (I mean their pledge ... ). You can't get the best of both world ...
