Mixed feelings about these two, the PanO is a no-go as I already have a Tik, and intend to pick up the Varuna starter at some point. . The Aleph one is really nice in that it has the entirity of two boxes and they slot in really well with Coldfront & Beyond, but the duplicate Deva is annoying and double Shak-ti is even less desirable.
Agreed, I was close to getting it to support my O-12 but I have no need for devas (already own the RPG one) and much less Shakti
Myself on the other hand do not want to play Aleph, but have been thinking I would like to add the reinforcement minis to fight in Defiance over time, but having Shak-Ti already separated from the Beyond box makes this a pretty tempting buy (more so than any of the others so far). As an added bonus everything else I can use in for O-12 whenever I decide to play them.
I don’t own any PanO and I am booked with painting projects well until 2022 if I consider all the defiance stuff I already want to get. Still I would have bought the PanO Box if it had included a Kamau HMG since that model is really hard to get if you want to set up a Varuna only collection and even if you also go for vanilla it really would be good to have two.
i just realized : except shakti, the whole aleph reinforcement box can be used for 0-12. I may buy it to paint deva/rem/daikini in an o12 paint scheme
Darned it I just want the O-12 stuff maybe the aleph box, but I really not interested in the game itself
Yu Jing pack unlocked, no word on exact contents yet but the cards are Kuang Shi, Susan, Zhanying, and Celestial Guards. Nomads cards are up for unlock, Kriza, Zoe & Pi Well, Morlock, and Intruder all visible.

The YJ reincorcement pack has more the flavour of an ISS pack, but it's a huge deal in terms of money and time. If only I had this a while ago, I would have spared a lot of time looking for deals, split-box, tradings, etc. Don't lose this chance if you're starting to play YJ!!!
Out of curiosity. Has anybody seen an answer/question regarding if the reinforcement models are the only models that we will get tokens/cards for? It looks like there have been some stretch goals for a few factions, but do we have any idea what kind of variety to expect?
The Reinforcement packs match the cards and tokens that come with the game/stretch goals, technically if you got the Platinum pledge, all the Reinforcement packs, and Operation: Wildfire you'd have all the models it's possible to use in Defiance.
