Hey all Do the fixed obstacles on the hexadome count as targets? In that matter, could I shoot them, or have gata and bixie use them for freerun and celestial wind? Thanks!
No. They aren't obstacles, they are blocked spaces. You can target obstacles, but you can't target blocked spaces (unless explicitly permitted, like Bixie).
