A quick list review for to days game. =)

In Bakunin and for Hunting Party I am a huge fan of a 5 model Moira Fireteam with E/M-Grenade Launcher with Zero FO and/or Custodier support (for Pitcher and Spotlight). Then you fire speculative grenades on +3 instead of -6. This can be a huge advantage if the enemy specialists and LT are placed on the roof of a building.

For ARO I would prefer a TR Drone if you have a hacker on the table.

A single Riot Grrl is tricky since she has Frenzy and is not in a Fireteam.

 

I would assume Aleph will go with Chain Rifle Myrmidons and at least one ekdromoi. In that regard, unless the Limited Insertion extra is used, you will be at a disadvantage on several accounts... and if it is, either a Marut or a Spitfire Asura will be in front of you. Expecting Atalanta and placing a Sin Eater as a single ARO piece means you will be playing mostly at dodging, since you will be at -6 (smoke, cover, good range) with Burst 2 :S

That being said, the most glaring problem with your list is the lack of an engineer. How do you plan to remove the IMM2? The 20pts Ekdromoi can enter from your back, glue the Sin Eater, and avoid Frenzy (no damage caused!), removing your ARO piece...

The Zeroes are a good piece, but avoid exposing any of the four camos to enemy fire. Use the Taskmaster on a flank, so the Sin Eater is covered on a side, and plant the Sin Eater on that same flank.

As for the Riot, I would change her for a total reaction, the moderator for an engineer, and the daktari for a Spitfire moderator to use as a throwaway piece to assault with. Personally, I prefer the HMG sin-eater, and you can move him around since he will have an ADL aswell.

Finally, note the Elite, Veteran, and Headquarters troops there that will receive an ADL. I think only the custodier will want to use it in your list, however... :S

 

I wouldn't worry too much about Frenzy on the Grrl it comes up way less often than you'd think.

 

If you want to keep that Kusanagi Haris, I would try such a list, but don't think it will be super effective in Hunting Party if the enemy rushes at you:

ODD is always a problem and an Intruder helps for sure. But you have to think what your enemy will try to achieve: Isolate specialists and LT.

The Moira fireteam is quite broken for this mission, in any other case this mission is tricky. Your opponent will try to hide his specialists and LT. So you need something to get them. Believe me, it will be hard. With your Vanilla list you lack orders as well as somebody who can get into his backfield.

I know it is a cheap tactic, but I still like the speculative fire even in Vanilla.

In any other case you need some AD or Climbing Plus unit to get to your main targets.

Played this list at several tournaments and the German Chamionship. Conclusion: 100% win ratio. The most quaint win was a 8:0 against Aleph with 300 of 300 opponent Points left. All of them isolated though.

 

Don't forget that White Noise is an ARO. Get that pitcher covering Atalanta and make her useless.

 

I want to congratulate you for successfully winning a battle while remaining non-violent.

 

Yeah, Bakunin has Hunting Party locked up. I've never even come close to losing that mission with the Moira team on the board.

I'd take the clockmaker over a daktari in any list for this mission. He'll be clutch when you biff some important roll... the doc less so.

Finally, if you're worried about Atalanta, forget the sin eater, she'll probably win against him. White Noise on your turn and kill her with a reaktion zond or something. As said above, the pitcher will really shine when it comes to neutralizing her.

 

There is no reason to let ALEPH's inhuman creations alive.

 

White Noise has to be placed inside the Hacking Area, and the Hacker needs to see Atalanta (that means having LoF), so that needs a heavy investment on ARO troopers... or at least 2 orders, and your enemy will either fire against your H+ (and I'd say it would be a normal roll for both) or be happy with the waste you made and dodge to hide Atalanta.

 

Yes, but the "the Hacker can declare ARO" situation requires either a hackable enemy troop generating ARO inside your Hacking area (and remember most greeks have Stealth due to Martial Arts or being Scylla KHD...), or for the hacker to have LoF to the enemy troop being activated :S

Edit: about your table, quite good looking, but too simmetrical, I see little reason to choose side, frankly.

 

Hacker can declare Hacking AROs through repeaters also when non hackable trooper activate within them:

In the same way, they can also react with Hacking Programs to enemy Orders declared in the Zone of Control of the Repeater as if it were their Zone of Control.​

Normaly they can only react to hackable troopers because their programs require these as a target. But White Noise has no such requirement.
This is espacially usefull if you can lure Impetuous trooper into repeater and use the generated ARO to place White Noise onto your reaction pieces (Granted this does not work when he does use stealth but normally these troopers throw smoke or something as their second short skill).
