Oh I know but maybe someday you might want to throw a hammer at an ODD/TO trooper in cover and -3 is better then -9

Or Throw the hammer into combat and not worry about hitting your own guy. Mathematician Doggo is about so much more then throwing it further

All good points. Being able to disentangle something from CC risk-free is an application I use often.

Streloks project threat in close. Not just the fo or minelayer. The 16pt colt/mine/smg is a good profile for threatening with your camo in close.

Asode from that tank hunters are the real way to go i think. Just have to accept if they are revealed early they can and will die

O think the real trick is to pair up threats with units like the frontovik sniper. Offering a good Non-camo aro the opponent can focus on and closing the trap with the tank hunters when they do.

May be a dumb question but I don’t have to declare what sort deployment a camo marker is using right? As long as it’s a legal deployment. So opponents won’t know whether a it’s fd 2 or infiltration or normal

Correct, deployment skills don't need to be Declared and the marker state means that the skills of the trooper are private information.
