It is unfortunate that the Tohaa seek a path of violence and confrontation at every turn against those who defend the Human Sphere. From the base area of the Jiyuan site, the StateEmpire of Yu Jing has deployed assets to unearth and destroy the Combined Army infiltrators who have been detected on Novyy Bangkok, so that the safety of the Human Sphere might be assured. It would be impossible not to note that any 'blockade' of Yu Jing's position, no matter how easily overcome, represents a direct effort to subvert this deployment, and thus the defenses of humanity itself. It would also be impossible not to note that Tohaa agents also move to push the Ariadnan Expeditionary Corps from the position assigned to them by O12, overseeing the ammunition supply for the defensive emplacements of Novyy Bangkok, and when (in the face of unconfirmed accusations) Ariadna held to the principle of mutual interest and peace, ceding control of that asset directly to O12, the Tohaa's assault did not cease but rather intensified, now fighting against the representatives of Concilium itself. One knows a person's nature not by their words but by their deeds, and these deeds speak loudly and clearly for all to hear.

So when you went on the streets of the Main Strip killing and terrorizing innocent civilians that was Yu Jing idea of unearthing Combined Army infiltrators? Well after Kuraimori and Narooma it seems that it's YJ favorite tactic, once a war criminal always a war criminal. You are lucky that we got a more pressing matter on our hands, hunting the real Shasvastii Infiltrators. It's good to see that local vigilantes managed to repel your forces.
Those vigilantes you speak in praise of consist largely of thugs. This is the home of the Ikari company after all. They are not known for their adherence to human rights or ths rules of war. Even worse from our perspective is that they are allied with the Druze, who are guilty of inumerable atrocities committed against the people of Ariadna during the Commercial Conflicts. Dear esteemed representative of Yu Jing, We could not agree more that one's nature is best judged by their actions. Which is why we have increased operations in JiYuan. In the past Yu Jing attacked the Tohaa Medical Facility on Flamia. Not only a military attack on territory granted to us by the O-12, but a military attack on a medical facility no less. During the crises at the Wotan blockade, Yu Jing immediately sent cruisers to board the Nomad shipyard in attempt to take it over without any authorization. During the conflict on Novyy Cimmeria, Yu Jing acted quickly to once again attack the Japanese people in attempt to redraw the lines of ownership established at the conclusion of the Uprising. Once again we find Yu Jing forces attacking the Japanese people and their representatives on the main strip of Novyy Bankok rather than insuring that their own territory on the asteroid is secure from Shasvastii infiltration. Its efforts to bulk up the defense of the Open Mining Pit only began in earnest when we confronted Yu Jing with this reality. As an empire which totes itself as the the rising Hyper-power destined to overtake Pan Oceania, Yu Jing appears more akin to a starving tiger attempting to satiate its hunger by attacking carp in pond because it believes they will be easier prey.
