You know the deal. Every wargaming forum needs one. Basically, post conversions and converted minis, preferably having something to do with Infinity (or Aristeia I guess). From basic stuff like weapon/arm swaps, to extensive work that will send half the forum searching the floor for their jaws.
Something like this? She's Yekaterina Ipatieva, my Infinity RPG character. I made it last January using the hacker bandit's body, the Aleph's spec-ops' head and sniper rifle.

I'll post my old Conversion. Beyond Red Veil's Guilang converted to a Combi-Rifle Guilang. I took a Jeweler's saw and cut along some seams in the middle, and did the same for this Combi-Rifle I had lying around, glued them together and green-stuffed some gaps. And here it is painted. [album here]
VERY basic "conversion". I was "fortunate" enough to buy an Aleph Support Pack with 2 of the Sophotect's thingies of the same side, so I asked and CB sent a replacement. The spare one, here it is! Base: QK starter set's Djanbazan Sniper (probably based on old Appleseed's ORC armors, at least the helmet and faceplate), the butt was smoothed to place on other point of the base (there is enough surface I was confortable by using just glue there). Paint: very basic, p3 Pig Iron for the gun and helmet, brass for the shoulder armor (vallejo's), Reaper's Ultramarine Blue for the uniform, leather brown (vallejo's again) for the boots... Edit: the poor fella was chilling in the shelf with one Achilles, one or two remotes, and a bunch of other miniatures. Then (somehow) I let a (closed) razor fell from the upper shelf... Everybody survived but for this guy, three pieces apart (gun, torso, everything else) and an old plastic bug from Confrontation (broken at the knee)... damnit :S
Overall good but right hand placement is awkward. Rifle stock is supposed to be between arm and body, not on outer side.
I know, but it wasn't possible for me to achive a satisfactory result without basically cutting the whole arm and parts of the chest (guess which ones... ) into pieces... I'm too lazy for that!
I wanted something of my old volunteers to represent the medikit... Also a bagpipe. Laika Dog-Girl Now!
I've just started work on an arctic warfare theme for my Panoceania troops. Regardless of what you think of the tech-bee I don't think the bikini look is very appropriate for that setting so I converted the female fusilier for the role instead using the tech-bee arm.
Just curious. Since the Fusi garb is so form fitting, couldn't you have just painted the "nekkid bits" not nekkid on the original model? Like, made them look like thermal stockings, at least? Or would the bikini bottom have made it look like she were cosplaying a superhero?
I'm not saying that the female fusi is much better on the skimpy front, but the extra armour on the body helps (in my opinion) with the feeling that she's wrapped up a bit more for the colder environment that she's going to be set in. The bikini bottoms are moulded so there would still have been the superhero look as you put it. I've seen other pull it off but I still didn't think it would give the look I was going for.
