Hello there. I have started to take picture of my last paint job and I thought I should share it here. I'm mostly a player and painting with tabletop level in mind but I try to improve, so do not hesitate to comment. @Marduck Your OSL skills are very good. Much better than what I can currently pull off. It really looks like the weapons are glowing and casting off light onto the models they are being held by.
To be honest I think it's a bit TOO much. I feel it end up looking a bit like a misspraying. I would tone it down a bit because your detail game is very good. You can have the same effect but more mild.
I can see that as well. The Krakrot seems like it has too much light on his weapon. Just leave the current models the same and practice toning down the amount of light a bit for future ones.
Ho thank you everyone for you kind answers You are definitely right. I had the same remark on other forum and I will try to have a smaller white part et smother glowing effect. Thanks for the feedback When I have time I want to add a bee to the front tri color. Right now it feels too much like a flag imo.
And now some Caledonian for my Ariadna army. I managed to get some old school 45th and Uxia. I like the old version of them. :)

Got it as a prize during a tournament in Majorca (my friend got it and gave it to me actually). I guess it was a prize from dovidge scenary or customeeple or some other company ... sorry can't remember.

Did some Caledonian Volunteer, old version. The girl is one of my favorite sculpt. I would have love to be able to do the same transparence effect on the T shirt as on the official one.
