    1) If i have B2\B3 Direct template, can can i split them on active turn\ARO?
    2) As an ISS, i have B2 Light Smoke grenade launcher with targetless trait. There are few qustoins:
1.1: In active turn, can i throw smokes in different places?
1.2: I reactive turn, can i throw them in different places if the are blocking los to attacker?
1.3. In reactive turn, can i throw 1 or 2 of them in the way they are not block LOS?

    1) Yes in the Active, no in Reactive as you may not split your burst in ARO.

    2.1) Yes

2.2) No, you may not split your burst in ARO.

2.3) Yes, you are not compelled to place the smoke in a way that blocks LoF, though again you may not split your burst in ARO so both grenades must target the same spot on the board.

In 2.3, am i completing requirement of ARO "AROs must choose the trooper activated by the Order as their target."?

If you read that too strictly, it would suggest that you can't use smoke in ARO unless the active model is under the template. Or possibly that it's not legal to use smoke in ARO at all, since you cannot target a model with it. However, we know that that's not the case from various examples.

Yes, targetless allows you to target a point on the ground instead of the Active model.

Only one point though, due to the reasons I already mentioned.

That is the way it's generally understood, yes.

    Correct me if I'm wrong

To expand on question 1, you can't split it per se, but they do not need to be placed the exact same way.

So long as they both hit the same target you're ARO'ing agaisnt.

So you could hit Trooper A and B with the first template and Trooper A and C with the second template.

    Yes, that's correct.
