Definitely. Again, if you can digitize a human consciousness, you can edit the data inside. And that's not counting the Sepsitor, which can turn a human into a zombie effectively instantly. Make a thousand copies, edit, see which copy(ies) work the way you want, apply to target. Or you could run an emulated-Cube at 1000x until it does what you want it to. People's beliefs can change over time, after all. Took me about 3 years to change my mind on abortion, so running at 1000x speed you could make that kind of change via traditional-brainwashing methods in a little over 24 hours.
