I don't think they will have a tag in there. Info think starco or druze...although based on the last few army boxes starco or ikari could be likely as they have a lot of older slow moving models available.
A generic na2 army box could work but I don't think that is what they will go for because it is too nebulous. No one really plays na2 they play a faction in na2. I know as a jsa and starco player I don't think of them as na2. That is just a shell holding company and not a faction.
