The Wiki says that the Traktor Mul Control Device alowes you to include Traktor Muls in your Army, but is it mandatory? Can i also include Traktor Muls when i choose a Hacker since they are Remotes?
Yes and No. Traktor Muls are not "remotes" per se, as something with good enough AI to operate almost independently, and remotely supervised by another intelligence remotely. So you need the Control Device, this is mandatory. And having a hacker does not allow you to deploy them, you need the Control Device.
Why? In my opinion, Traktor muls are REMs (duh, it's on their profile), so you would need a hacker to field them. Traktor mul control device also enables you to field them, without a hacker. Have some wiki for reference: http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Control_Device#Traktor_Mul_Control_Device
Control devices are a special case. You cannot include Kuang Shi in your army without a KSCD. You cannot include Hungries in your army without a Hungries CD. And you cannot include Traktor Muls in your army without a TMCD.
