I might as well copy this to the new forum. I started making a list of all the Hacking Programs a while ago and I thought I would show it to all of you. It is more or less made after my needs, it list all the Programs with a short info of how it works and then links to the wiki. You can select what Hacking Devices you have and it will show available programs. There is also a possibility to show/hide by Target and Type but they will be shown even when they are not part of the selected Devices. If you find mistakes let me know. I am no expert so the functions are simple, everything is CSS and that is one of the reasons Targets and Types works as they do, your selectins show or hide a row and a row can have more then one css-class. http://www.captainspud.com/n3hacking/ I prefer this one, personally: you start selecting the device you have, then the target, then the program. For the full list of programs, I usually go to the Army, there is an icon to show all programs at once.
We don't need to pitch two useful tools against each other and draw a line in the sand, simply let people appreciate the tool they find suits them best! I'm not certain the rules forum is a good place for maintaining a Q&A and update log for a game tool, though, it would be very neat if they could have a forum section of their own to make it easier for people to find Mayanet, Captain Spud's range of tools, the N3 Dice Roller, etc and their respective changes and discussions.
