And it's done! Here's the full album: https://imgur.com/a/od7m1nf Bonus, you get to see my freshly bought muffins.
Use use valkyries as terrain and for scenarios quite often. Though I think they look closer in line with Ariadna visually. I got some Tau Devilfish is use for PanO or higher tech drop ships. Got a big conversion I'm working on right now for Asteroid Blues Spike is gonna be featuring in all my lists for the upcoming campaign. Got a little bit more to finish on him. But I think I got the resemblance looking pretty good. See you Space Cowboy...
The devilfish feels too alien to me and doesn't fits much for a dropship, I feel. I wanted to keep a more human design. Plus if you don,t add grime and rust and damage, the Valkyrie in good shape looks more high tech!
Phew... at least I managed to finish puppetmaster before the box came out Spoiler: Crab Puppetactica Gonna put some armor plates from anvil industry to represent lo-tech later Spoiler: armor plates
"Hell, It's about time." Yes, finally It's about time. The Tychus Findlay. I made him from azra'il, just changing head and color. Now, I got 'Wing of liberty' trio. It was fun project. :D
Doesn't Tychus smoke a cigar? I know he was in the SC2 announcement trailer (where they welded him into the armor).
@Winsha Very nicely done. I've bought two heads for a Tychus conversion but I've been stuck on a HI infantry body to use. The Az'rail is a great model for this but I wonder what your opinion was on another HI miniature that would also work for Tychus? Since CB has made the Az'rails OOP I was thinking of one of Yu Jing's many molds or perhaps the Nomads would fit better? Also what head did you use for Tychus?
That's good Idea. I'll add it! 1. The first thing that comes to mind is the nomad's taskmaster model. However, the reason I chose azrail was because it had a weapon like minigun. 2. The head was necromunda orlock gang head, and cut off hair and beard. I hope my answer helps. :D
Made me a Securitate Feuerbach. I had two Securitate SWC Boxes at my disposal, so I tried to do the conversion on the basis of the Hacker. Head and Arms are of course from the Teucer. It´s my first Infinity conversion by the way ;) I like the crooked pose of the Hacker - it looks like the Feuerbach is a really heavy, unwieldy weapon.
Especially Teucer's. I believe you made the right decision concerning model/parts used in the conversion.
Arjuna conversion; kitbashed some time ago, as usual painted it after the official one got released. Since Kiranbots isolate enemy units with E-marats and methaphorically turn heavies into stone, I decided that my Arjuna should be menacing and Medusa-like. Emarats look like jammers as a nod to a probably misprinted picture from the old rulebook: Arjuna: Mk3 body, Deva head Kiranbots: Devabots + bluestuff copies of jammer discs from Heckler
Just put on a blue filter, make it be at a canted angle, and add some terrible lines about stuff like learning to SPELL YOUR NAME and you're all set...
