The way this reads Axl can displace Around a target, and once away from the target at maximum until he is no longer adjacent correct? So this would allow him to loop around the target and then displace away one space. Not displace as far as he would like? @-V-
Correct, you have to resolve a use of a switch before resolving another (or the same one again). So as soon as he isn't adjacent, you couldn't trigger his general switch again
perfect, this was my understanding aswell, But wanted to get this up before There is a question with no FAQ for it.
I beg to disagree... The generic switch take place in the Switch Step The Automatik Skill Footwork take place in the Result Step 1. Tactics. 2. Roll the dice. 3. Critical Block. 4. Switches. 5. Results.
We aren't discussing Footwork. We are ONLY discussing the Generic Switch. WITH Footwork AS WELL then you CAN end up as much as 3 hexes in total away from your Target.
Footwork In Disengagement roll, you usually look at cancelling active players with reactive since the other way around has no effect. Can I displace with AXL if I roll in disengagement roll as active and oponent has in his roll?
Disengagement is a Face to Face Roll. If you nullify one with one you may Displace yourself (up to twice per Roll). It could happen that you fail to get disengaged but succesully displaced. Axl is pretty difficult to get trapped!
