Hey guys! Regarding Transmission matrix, the repeaters that are present upon the consoles. Are they friendly? Are they comms equipment? Can you use blackout programme on them?
These are 'frenemy' repeaters, means friendly as well as the ones of your opponent: - You can hack every enemy hacker if you are inside the repeater zone. - You can be hacked by every enemy hacker if you are inside the repeater zone or the enemy is in the repeater zone. - You can buff every of your units if they are in the repeater zone. - You can hack every hacker who is in the repeater zone. And no you can't use the blackout program on them since they have no profile in this scenario.
