So if they rework Tohaa for N4 what changes would you like to see? For me: - the bad units changed (longarms, reex) and some buffs for our HIs and Tags. For example give Kiel a Lt profile... - Kaeltar complete rework please, not sure what would be nice but the way it is I still don't really like them. maybe buff the bomb options and spit them mates get the support side of the bomb options and the bombs keep the attack side. - Sukeul give all profiles a little bloat to increase the price a little bit and they should be better maybe kinematika. They would still be great thanks to mimetism and good weapons but not a mostly must have - change the K1 sniper...increase damage at least a little bit So these are my first thoughts what are yours?

Of course its a personal opinion ;) Oh pheroware users should count as specialists! They are our hackers pretty much so they should count as specialists for completing mission objectives. Would love to see some more pheroware suppot options for example a way to buff units so that our neuro chaksas actually are similiar to total reaction drones
They can be a regular specialist and use pheroware tactics, let me explain: if you add another Kumotail Profile, that can use, i dont know, Revitalis, she will be Specialist and could use Pheroware tactics, Hybrids and funny profiles, could be interesting dunno...
No changes. I just want them to create a rules framework which the rules can be based upon. Clearly defined interactions, steps, triggers and priorities, and a document similar to MTG CR.
i gues, tohaa will not be restored till N4 Human Sphere. Dont worry, you will receive nothing next year, even slight rebalance (just like with n3)
A Pheroware tactic that restores Symbiont Armor would be nice. Right now, we have one that heals you from unconscious if you have Symbiont Armor, and one that heals a wound on 2wound Symbiont Armor, but because of how Symbiont Armor changes your stats, doctoring never feels efficient in Tohaa. Maybe the Kumotail could get a tactic that does it? They could even make it somewhat like the Paramedic and have it be a WIP roll from the Kumotail + a PH+3 (because Symbiont Armor) roll from the guy getting healed.
Just a little bit of rebalance to increase diversity when list building: - Improve bad units like Chaksa Longarms and Reex. - Improve Symbiobombs. - Give some Pheroware to the Kumotail. - Make Symbiont Armour 1-2 points more expensive. - Make Symbiomate-Kaeltars 3-4 points more expensive. - Give Symbiobomb-Kaeltars a Chain of Command option. - Remove Fireteam:Triad from the Sukeul. - Replace/remove useless profiles (like K1 Sniper Sukeul). - Give a Viral Pistol or something-Shock to the Gao-Rael so it can really kill Shasvastii effectively.

Or make the K1 Sniper viable. There are no arm values that currently exist in the game where DAM14 AP+DA (Feuerbach) is worse than K1.
Now I want to try the K1 sniper in the next game I play, cause I realized I never even tried it...next time I face Pano I take a triad of K1 snipers muhahahaha Joke aside: the k1 sniper should have Damage 13 or 14 or it should cost the same as the k1 combi and 1 swc. there is simply no case for me to not pay 2 points more to get the missile launcher that is simply superior
Longarms need a serious buff, yeah. Like +1 BS and Fireteam: Triad. But Lt for Kiel-Saan does not fit the fluff: They take an injection to go into Hulk-mode when they enter combat. Yes, so much! Might be nice, but completely contradicts the fluff behind symbiont armor - its a long and painful process to get one, sort of an initiation-ritual. But what about the Taqeul? Make him cheaper (drop Regeneration?) and give us a model finally! And introduce a Kaeltar profile with SymbioBugs!
i dont think the taqeul should lose regen, but i do think regen should have its points cost reduced. we should see a 1w troop with symbiobugs and infiltrate. or a tag with symbiobugs. really just another troop with bugs would be nice
Regen and Automedikit (out of Tohaa, but similar concept) are both wildly overcosted. Either they need to have their cost reduced, or they need to have their timing changed to something that is automatic/optional at the end of your turn or beginning of your order count phase. (In fact, looking at those two skills now, there doesn't seem to be a need to have them as separate things anyway?)
you can use regen while you are still conscious, and it gives you shock immunity. not really helpful for the taqeul, as you cant regen back into armor state. i think having them be automatic would make a hell of a lot more sense especially for the AUTOmedkit. they definitely need to be rebalanced, as right now they just make troops with them worse by making them more expensive
