...what are you using? I'm looking over the current offering of minis and trying to figure out what to proxy as Tai Sheng with an MK12. Especially as she seems almost auto include when going for the HI route. I suppose using a Zuyong with boarding shotgun is possible but doesn't feel awesome enough. So what do you use? Another figure? Conversion? Krit Kokram? Wouldn't say no to seeing photos too.
My initial plan had been the big Zuyong Multirifle in the Red Veil starter. Before we found out Tai was a girl.
I am using the MULTI Rifle Hsien. Impressive mini, looks like the leader, and could be a lady below that armor.
Shang-Ji. I haven't played vanilla since IA came out. I'm kinda starting to get the hang of IA, it's a very fiddly army to get working. Edit: I'm dumb. I just realized what I meant were Crane. I've been using the rage-fist Crane as Shang-Ji so much that I've started thinking of him as Shang-Ji. My old Shang-Ji I wouldn't use for anything other than LI proxies. They're soooo tiny and badly painted.

I’ve always thought the Multi-Rifle Crane as female! Especially now since it’s smaller than the newer Spitfire Crane. I too use the 1st edition female Invincible but she’s getting repainted to my Dahshat soon.
I use Bixie from Aristeia, she doesn't have any weapons, is female and looks like a unique character, so I think it gets the point across.
I'm using Krit. He's an obvious character, with the lack of helmet (good looking too) and the miniature is armed with the Chain Colt and the Heavy Pistol, which means he can pas for either the Breaker Combi or the Mk.12 profiles of Tai Sheng. God knows I'm sure as hell never gonna' use the actual Krit character, much less the Guija Duo.
I picked up the domaru box. The female sculpt with gun is my Tai Sheng Female cc is my hulang 2 males are my NA2 tankos (I don't like the tankos hats.)
Same. Sometimes I also use the new starter Hsien. Those two are the most imposing of all my models and they could be any gender under those plates.
You could do some conversion work, you'd need something to use for a Mk12 (like the Karakuri) and one of the female Zuyong from the IA starter.
Krit's model is probably the best proxy you can use for Tai Sheng at the moment. It's also his only viable role in an army.
Pretty sure Krit's the product of miscommunication with the sculptor and was originally Tai Sheng's sculpt anyway.
I'm aware of the rumour, and it certainly explains why his profile is so inconsequential. They designed him that way because they specifically did not want people to use him.
Which also explains why we haven't heard a single rumour or dozier about Tai Sheng, while Krit came out of nowhere.
I just hope that doesn't mean they won't bother doing a Tai Sheng figure though. I still get irritated that there’s more Mercenary characters than there are Yu Jing.
