If that's the case, just cap them at AVA2 or AVA3. I can't see myself ever fielding more than 2 of these (if any at all) even in Spiral.
They dont have special triad in vanilla I asked in the infinity army forum. They are a huge part why I wint buy the spiral box. Paying for three units I will never field?
So why are the reex minis the wrong size? They are more like s2 than as s1 Am I even allowerd to use the reex minis for the reex profile? Because rules are the minis need to be the correct size? Same questions to kaauris...
Because Corvus Belli didn't bother and it's easier to sculpt them bigger. As they share part of the Kawaii Sentinel's body and those are already bigger than S1, the Reex ended up being also bigger than S1.
They are bad proxies for Kaauri...I actually sold them got the SC box after selling all the stuff I dont want for less than 40 bucks, kept the kriigel, taagma, 1 draal, clipsos, kiel and the kiiutan
Yeah, those damn Tohaa names... But stuff like this happens when you try to convert smell (pheromonal information) into noise (sound/spoken words)...
Not the first time that's happened, and likely not the last. If we could get fewer Tohaa starting with K, that would be nice :P
Does this mean that Tohaa is now a Vanilla with a Fireteam list? Because that's a really weird precedent to set...
This ist just a Special Fireteam: Triad ( - not a Haris), and the rules for Fireteam: Triad state: This Type of Fireteam can be used in Generic Army Lists, in addition to Sectorial Army Lists.
Well for the price of a reex you may have a makaul.. Some comparison may be hard for our useless (in vanilla) little friends :D And fireteam triad are the DNA of the vanilla tohaa army since the very beginning when tohaa came out with N2 paradiso... No tohaa player in your local area @meikyoushisui ?
No, I have 3 Tohaa players in my local meta and I am playing Spiral now. Can you explain what you were trying to say now?
Well, Tohaa has always been a Vanilla Faction, and Tohaa has always been able to form Triad Fireteams. The Reex + Kriigel is just a modified Triad Fireteam, but a Triad Fireteam after all. Nothing new.
Except that Special Fireteams are specified on a sectorials army list generally, I'm pretty sure that's in the common requirements of Fireteams (but may be wrong.) If @Abrilete managed to say it in one post, why did you take the most roundabout and passive aggressive way to imply I was wrong about something?
