If you do try a deep fried creme egg don't bite into it straight away, wait until you've finished your battered haggis. When they're fresh out of the fryer the filling one of the hottest substances known to humankind!
Indeed. Now if memory serves, the first round should be fried at cooler temperature and in cow fat while the second round that's hotter and gives the golden crisp is done in oil. Not very vegan.
Sugar & starches are what make you fat as they encourage the body to store the consumed food. Fat, protein, fiber & potassium encourage fat burning. Of course too much of anything regardless of it's benefits can be harmful so self-control to not over-indulge is advised. One thing that is interesting is that sleeping 7+ hours of quality sleep burns more fat naturally than other weight loss methods. Exercising should be short bursts with rest periods inbetween not endurance tests (lets see how far I can go) that produce alot of stress on your body. Stress is a common source of weight gain since it encourages storing up. Intermediate fasting or fasting in general helps burn fat storage.
As long as you remember that the body will convert everything it can to easily accessible energy, i.e. fat, because your body was made to survive severe nutritional shortages and that means stocking up on all it can. You can't eat yourself slimmer, but you can eat yourself into nutritional shortages if you skip certain foods. Eat well, eat varied (particularly veggies), and exercise as often as possible.
Fat is life. With all the BS we tell youngsters nowadays we're running toward a generation of severely depressed people. If i don't eat enough fat i'm having hypofatemia !
Not that much : the format is 6 min episodes, so you can shoot a bunch in one day. They even are currently shooting the movies !
Ah. I might have it mixed up with a different series which also follows King Arthur, but due to budget constraints they never show many people or much of scenery on set. Instead you'll have focus on, f.ex., King Arthur and the chief siege engineer discussing the on-goings of the siege and describing the siege engines and their particular (humoristic) failures. Unfortunately second hand account, it's the girlfriend who's francophone, not me.
No, you got it right, this is it, but there was no point showing huge battles, so it's not much of a budget issue, even if they certainly made thing bigger if they had a bigger budget. In fact it's even better this way :)
Agreed. But due to budget cuts it was either english version, or translation into the Burgundy parlance...
